If you love a hot shower, beware, cuz the best we get all winter is barely warm. Like your barely-warm water to go cool in the middle of your shower? Chambers installed our Rinnai and we've had nothing but problems with it, despite having them come out several times to figure out why our water won't get very hot. Clearly, the Rinnai is a piece of crap and I won't hold Chambers responsible for the fact that we got a lemon. But I DO hold them responsible for not backing up a product they marketed, sold, and installed. My biggest complaint with Chambers is that I told them Rinnai wouldn't talk to me over the phone because apparently I'm only the "consumer" that bought & uses it in my home - you have to be a "technician" in order for them to talk to you over the phone. So Chambers sends a tech out and I wrongly assumed they would call Rinnai to collaborate on resolving my issue, only to be charged for them not calling Rinnai and not resolving my issue. Why wouldn't your tech call Rinnai when they came to my house? Nothing sucks more than a lukewarm shower all winter long. Sick of it.

Chambers plumbing did a great job helping us with plumbing for our full basement renovation. They showed up on time, did good, honest work, and were responsive and thorough. Our scope of work entailed sewer locating and taping into existing line, running new plumbing for bathroom and kitchen, installing sink, toilet, and shower accessories. Friendly, professional, and good work. Would definitely recommend!

We had Chambers just install a water fountain at our office. They were super responsive, extremely professional, and, after the install, it looks like the fountain has been there since they built the building. I will 100% be using them again, and 100% would recommend them for any plumbing needs. I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you!!

I could not believe how responsive, affordable and efficient Chambers was for us this time. I called on a Friday morning and fully expected a Monday/ Tuesday turnaround time but by 11am we had a technician at our house and a brand new water heater installed by 1pm. Joe was just fantastic, we can not recommend Chambers enough. UPDATE: Nalen came out this morning and was wonderful!! We will always call Chambers

I was interested in having a tankless hot water heater installed and I specifically wanted a Rinnai system. I went to the Rinnai website and chose Chambers because they had the most services for Rinnai in my area. Glenn (owner) called me the next day and we setup an appointment that week. He came on a Wednesday, provided me a quote that night and I was contemplating the purchase. On Friday of that week, my tank hot water heater decided that it was done and starting leaking all over the floor. I emailed Glenn late that night asking if he could do the install immediately and even though he couldn't, he offered to install a temporary 40 gal tank until the tankless system was installed. Wow, such a great thing to do for your customers. The next week the tankless system was installed (see picture) and we couldn't be happier with the system and Glenn and Chambers. Never running out of hot water again. Thanks again for the great service Chambers!

These guys are awesome! My furnace went out and I called them Monday morning and they came later that morning. Serviceman was very friendly and courteous to my wife. They only fixed what needed fixing and told us what we might need to look out for in the future. I would definitely recommend this company.

Chambers plumbing responded to a situation involving a large water valve at our laundromat. I had new washing machines and paid workers who were on the clock to help with the install when we found our old water valve was not functional to turn off water to the whole establishment. Chambers plumbing communicated so well, and did an amazing job, sooner than I had hoped! I am thankful for this company and how they treated us, the valve works great, and I can’t say thank you enough for your knowledge and professionalism.
