We are extremely impressed and happy with the results that PlumbLine Services provided when our sewer backed up several days before Thanksgiving 2024. The investigation, troubleshooting, verification, and repair of our sewer took a couple days due to the complexity, materials, access, depth, and specialty equipment required. Coordination was required with City of Lakewood for permits, and Green Mountain Sewer & Water for inspection (s), safety, proper methods to tap into the sewer main, compaction, and materials used. Coulter was my primary on-site contact; coordinating and performing much of the work- excavation access selection in several locations to minimize cost and property disturbance (vegetation, sprinkler system controls and piping). Coulter coordinated a team of professionals (Keith, Scott, George, Ira, Jairo) ensuring pipe jetting, adequate and proper grade, utility location services, installation of clean outs, equipment requirements and scheduling of such and specialty backfill materials. The use of āpipe burstingā was fascinating and integral in the lining of my failed clay sewer pipe (typical of that era of home construction) without doing extensive and expensive excavations through my property, driveway and into the street for connection to the main and the cast iron pipe exiting the house/foundation. Compliments to Ira for initial assessments, scheduling, cost estimates of various stages, potential finance options. George and Scott coordinated and set up access and implementation of the pipe bursting, excellent job by Keith with many of the background details. I have heard the commercials on radio regarding PlumbLine Services and I had no idea I would be in need of emergency sewer repairs over the holidays-one doesnāt plan for such events.ā¦ever! The consumer needs to know you can trust a company like PlumbLine Services that has the capability, expertise, and depth of experienced workers to get a job efficiently completed without breaking the bank or getting ripped off. Jordan and Cam came out and provided excellent service snaking my sewer line. Unfortunately I have a dip in my line and will need more work done. They found my problem and discussed solutions. All on a Friday evening.

Our furnace went out and we called on Thursday night and got an appointment Friday morning. A young man, Peyton, came by on time and evaluated our situation. He gave us options and felt a new furnace was a better way to go. He arranged a follow on later on Friday and we met with Blake. He gave us options. Both were personable and professional. They appeared to know their business and were friendly. It sucks to have a high dollar repair and they were understanding and we felt like they listened. Install is on Monday and I expect that to go smoothly.

Very honest and detailed. I appreciated them being upfront about what it would cost and how they would fix it correctly so we wouldn't have the issue again in the future which is what we wanted. Thank you for being an honest business. There hard to find these days.

Our Technician, Gage, sent us a text with his photo to introduce himself. He was very polite and personable. He arrived on time and quickly took care of our drain blockage issue. The price was fair as well. We would use this company again if the need arises.

The sales representative with Blake Cashdollar I believe and he did an excellent job. No press is very informative and then the guy that came and dismantled our old system and reinstalled the new carrier system. They were very good and it was Joann Christian and gentleman. Oh the electrician his name anyways they were all very good and even the helpers were excellent. I have owned a company. I would not hesitate at all for hiring them. They all were very good and the systems were well. Everything has gone well and I definitely well, give kudos to them and pass their name along. Theyāre very good thank you. David Rodgers GER

I had an electrical emergency where my ceiling fan on a vaulted ceiling had come loose and was hanging by the wires. I tried to get plumbline to come out and initially they scheduled me. They called me back in a few minutes and said that the warehouse was closed and they could not get a ladder. They scheduled me for the next day saying they could get a ladder and come out after hours because I worked normal business hours. A few minutes later, they called me back and said that they could not do that because they couldnāt drive around with a ladder all night. I took a day off in order to schedule it for a weekend and again they scheduled me. A few minutes later, they called me back and said they still couldnāt come out because the warehouse had just closed and they needed to get the ladder before the warehouse closed the night before in order to do the service, Contrary to what I had been told before, they indicated they could have had the ladder on the work vehicle all night. I had said again and again that I would pay extra in order to handle this emergency. No one tried to find a solution. I was told I would be able to speak to an operations manager the next week, but that never happened either. I sent in a request asking to speak to an operations manager about the customer service issues and never got that either. I ultimately went with another company who was willing to go and rent a ladder in order to ensure that my fan did not fall down on me or my pets. I am incredibly disappointed by the customer service of Plumbline. Despite my repeated statements that I would pay extra, nobody tried to solve this problem, offer me a solution, or even reach out to address my customer service concerns. I canāt be the only one who has a vaulted ceiling, and I find it hard to believe the company does not have the equipment they need to do their jobs.

I contacted Plumbline for an electrician. Safe, clean, professional work and the new lighting looks fantastic. I was fortunate to select this company. Pleasant technician that answered my electrical questions. Iāll definitely be a repeat customer. Lastly, Miles was my electrician and he has a great attitude. Thank you again.
