Fantastic experience with the Swan plumbing team! We had a thorough annual inspection with Spencer that alerted us to some potentially major issues in our home. After Richard took us through an informative, no-pressure estimate process with many options, we decided to have all of our galvanized pipes (and water heater) replaced, which we were able to schedule within a week. Cody, Dakota, and Kellen were really awesome. They spent two days at our house and were quick and expert workers, humorous and engaging, and kept the place clean as could be. If we ever have another plumbing issue (hopefully not for many years now!), this is the team we’d want. Thanks so much for taking great care of us!

I recently scheduled a routine furnace inspection as it had been three years since the install of my new furnace and air conditioner. As always Swan Plumbing & Heating delivered a high level of service. Lucas my technician was very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. He explained to me what he was going to do and answered all my questions. Afterwards I received an email with pictures he took of my furnace as he worked and details of the service call. Every experience I have had with this company has been exceptional and I always refer them whenever anyone is looking for a new furnace or air conditioner.

We had Swan Heating & Air come and replace our old furnace and AC unit with a new updated furnace and heat pump unit.. Drew was very professional from the first contact and all the way through the completed project.. The crew that came and removed and installed the new system were very professional, knowledgeable and worked vey well together..We were very impressed with the whole process and would highly recommend Swan to anyone in need HVAC work..

Swan replaced our elderly furnace and airco with new furnace and heat pump. The whole process has been excellent. They were priced right, their technicians have been outstanding and their customer centric focus has to be experienced to be believed. We are very pleased that we went with Swan!

Our old furnace and water heater needed to be to be replaced. From the first contact with a Swan representative we were impressed with their knowledge, patience and friendliness. We want to mention Lucas, Drew, Austin and Max who made this installation a breeze. They answered all of our questions cleaned up nicely after they finished and checked in the next day to answer any other questions. It’s obvious to us that Swan prioritizes customer service. We would highly recommend them!

I had a great experience working with Marcus, who came out to our house for a routine drain snake for our bathroom tubs. He worked quickly and efficiently and kept me in the loop with what was happening each step of the way. I use Swan for several service including heating and plumbing and have had good experiences working with them each time.

I highly recommend Swan Plumbing & Heating of Loveland. We needed A furnace tuneup, and they sent out the technician Dylan M. Dylan was very knowledgeable and outstanding in his expertise in this field of work. He explained everything that was happening throughout the entire time that he was here. He was courteous and respectful - I am extremely content with Swan Company of Loveland. I look forward to having Dylan come out next year as our yearly inspection technician.

We had Mark come out for hot water heater. Unfortunately we have to replace it. Mark did do everything he could and was very friendly, hardworking, and respectful. Definitely appreciated him and will continue to work with Swan plumbing heating and air conditioning. We have always had great service! Thank you!
