I highly recommend this plumbing service! Josiah was amazing! They were quick and efficient! When he arrived, he assessed the problem we had talked about. Within just a few minutes, Josiah identified exactly what was needed! It turned out that the shower cartridge was faulty. My hot water pressure was barely there! He went to get the necessary part, and within what felt like another few minutes, I was enjoying a steaming hot shower after nearly 5 years of lukewarm water! Our home is quite large, and he explained that the re-piping would require cutting several holes in the walls and ceilings, as well as outside through the stucco. I asked if they could repair the holes to restore everything back to its original look, and he assured me they could. We had a big party planned shortly after the work started, and I was concerned about whether it would be finished in time and if the walls would look good afterward. Marc reassured me not to worry. The schedule was set for the re-piping, which was estimated to take three days, with an additional two days for repairs. In the end, they completed the re-piping in just two days and took another two days for the wall repairs. I typically don’t write reviews because I often don’t receive great service. However, working with Walter & Sons Plumbing was a fantastic experience. Each crew member was professional and friendly, putting in long hours to get the job done right. The office staff was also great to communicate with. I want to express my appreciation for Marc and the entire team for their outstanding work.
