Amazing!! I recently had the pleasure of working with Josiah for some plumbing repairs in my home, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that he was not only skilled but also dedicated to doing a thorough job. Josiah took the time to explain each issue in detail, using simple language that made it easy for us to understand. He showed us exactly what was wrong and why it needed fixing, so there were no surprises. It felt reassuring to know that he was transparent about the repairs and the costs involved. We had a fantastic experience with Jim Needham Heating and Cooling when we needed to fix a gas leak in our fireplace shutoff valve. From start to finish, their service was top-notch! Scheduling was a breeze, and when we needed to reschedule, Rose made it incredibly easy. Communication was excellent—they called ahead with an ETA, which we really appreciated. Once on-site, they thoroughly explained the issue, provided a clear estimate, and walked us through the repair process. Not only was Doug extremely knowledgeable, but he was also incredibly friendly and professional. The repair was completed efficiently, and payment and billing were seamless. They even emailed us photos and a detailed description of the repair for our records.

This is a great company! They sent someone same day for our broken furnace. Daniel was professional and courteous. He not only fixed our furnace, but he did an excellent job of explaining everything thoroughly and answering all of our questions. Excellent service and a fair price. We will use them for all of our home repair needs moving forward! Edit: We had Needham back to install a new hot water heater for us, and I wanted to update my review to acknowledge the great job that Isaiah did on that job. He was able to get the job done quickly and did great work! He was very kind and answered all of our questions and gave us another reason to love this company and continue to use them in the future. Doug did a phenomenal job - spent the time to educate me and helped me understand what was preventing our whole house water filtration system from working and fixed it. Turns out it was always in bypass mode and was never set up to be used correctly. Highly recommend Jim Needham because of their exceptional customer service and if you can, request Doug for your appointment. Five stars!

Tyler did a great job of replacing the thermocoupler on my furnace. He had the part in his van so was able to complete the job on the spot. He was also very considerate of my financial situation and gave me several options that worked well with my budget. They also don't charge a trip charge, they only charge for the work they do. I would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend them 👍

During our bathroom remodel a leak within the wall was identified, Dan needed to remove a large area of a freshly tiled wall to address it. He was very courteous and prompt with great communication as to what he expected during the process. Considering the job, I felt the quoted price was fair (expensive yes, but fair). This was our first experience with Jim Needham and will use them again if we "Need 'em" 😀

Mario was great. He explained everything and was very friendly! I usually don’t respond to random marketing but it was a great offer and I had been wanting to get my water heater checked. They were able to come out the next day and it was very affordable. I’ll definitely keep working with them!
