Megan was able to send Nate and Cameron within a day to give us a quote on a new HVAC system a couple of weeks ago. They were very professional and thorough on the options we could choose from. The crew (Max, Kevin and Toby) were very clean, diligent and competent. They worked efficiently for a full and long day. I highly recommend To the T Plumbing and Heating for any service you need in your house.

The technician that they sent out made no attempt to diagnose or repair my hot water heater. They took the cover off, looked at it for 5 minutes, then said it could take several weeks to diagnose and they were likely not going to be able to repair it. They then presented me with an estimate of $8,300 to replace it. When I researched replacement units I discovered that they only cost around $1,200 to purchase new. I called Blue Sky Plumbing for a second opinion and they were able to come out and service it for $89.

Cody and Max were knowledgeable and fun to work with. They checked out our furnace and did an annual cleaning. They recommended a plan for annual checkup of furnace, air conditioner and plumbing which will save us money. They gave us information on a whole house air purifier system called Halo. They inspected a system we have for crawl space ventilation giving us an estimate for repairs. We appreciate all of their advice. We have used To the T before and will use them again. Highly recommend them!

Great local company with amazing attention to detail. We sent a request for a quote and within 24 hours we had an appointment that accommodated our work schedule. Nate and Max were scheduled for our in home quote and we received confirmation over text prior to the appointment which provided great detail on how to make any changes if necessary. On the day of the appointment we were reminded of the time frame and again prompted to reach out if any changes were necessary. Before we reached our scheduled time frame Nate provided a courtesy call to confirm the appointment and let me know he and Max would arrive shortly. On arrival I was already impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service provided. Nate and Max greeted me at the door they were both in company uniform, presentable and courteous of our home even wearing boot covers. We briefly discussed work to be completed and they began a survey of our furnace, ducting and where to install an AC unit. We determined there needed to be an update to our electrical panel to handle the AC unit and Nate provided great detail on that and offered help finding an electrician to complete that work as well. After that we sat down to discuss our options for our new furnace and AC. Nate provided multiple options which included handouts detailing each system with all specifications. We decided on a few different packages that ranged in price and level of efficiency. We didn’t feel pressured into making a purchase but the honesty and transparency provided by To The T made us feel great about our options. Shortly after our appointment ended we received a quote with multiple options as discussed. We chose to go with a quote provided by To The T and we could not be more happy with that decision. On the day of our install the crew called with another courtesy call to confirm our appointment and showed up promptly. Not only did they provide exactly what they promised they were extremely pleasant. Second to none with customer service and professionalism. I was really really pleased with their help when our water heater started leaking. I made the earliest appointment for the next day but they called back and said they were able to have someone come out within 20 minutes- the office was staff I talked to were kind, helpful, and clear. It meant a lot that they took the time to call me back with that immediate service- it was no extra charge for emergency or same day service. Kameron was extremely knowledgeable and explained the issue very clearly. The whole process of changing our water heater was seamless- he had it done the same day and followed up with us on everything and was kind, courteous, and clear. Woke up to a soaking wet bathroom floor - water was coming through the ceiling into my kitchen. Freaking out, I asked my friends if they could recommend a good plumber, and they recommended To the T Plumbing and Heating.
