had an excellent experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and my plumber, John Taylor. From start to finish, John was professional, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and made sure I understood the process. He fixed my busted pipes quickly and efficiently, and I couldn't be more relieved. The pricing was also very affordable, which was a pleasant surprise given the high quality of service. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and John Taylor for any plumbing needs. I’ll definitely be calling them again for future work!

Leroy and his assistant, Riley, quickly diagnosed and solved the problem with our toilet, which needed reseating. They also noticed a small leak in the water hose, and quickly replaced that. Leroy and Riley arrived on time, were both courteous and professional, and solved our issues quickly. Cannot recommend them enough!

My tub was clogged. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and made and appointment for Tuesday. John Taylor came out and snaked our tub and nothing happened. After some more investigating, he told us that the only way to get our single shower back up and running we would have to replace the piping. He charged us $215 and quoted us $1400 to change the 5 ft of pipe. In the process he somehow managed to clog our kitchen sink. He told us the pipe that needed replaced was galvanized that went into cast iron. We got a second quote, they were able to unclog the drains and also told us the pipe that needed replaced in the next year was lead going into galvanized. Not only did John Taylor leave without unclogging our drains. He also clogged a second drain, quoted us over what the other company said and told us the wrong type of piping in our house. UPDATE: I just wanted to give a small update to my review. Aaron the Operations Manager reached out to me privately. He listened to my side of the story and agreed that since the clog was not fixed they would refund me the full amount. They were able to have the refund to me by the next businesses day. He was very professional and had great customer service. Thank you Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for listening and making this right. Because of this I’m changing my star count. Thank you for the quality customer service.

This review is for Tony Martinez, Alex Baca, and Riley Hamilton— best plumbers I’ve ever used. I had an emergency gas leak in my house that turned into 8 total, it was a mess and stressful bc I don’t live there but all three of them communicated so well with me, constant updates which I so appreciated, they all were so nice and explained things in a way that I could understand, didn’t make me feel stupid. Honestly just so pleased with their professionalism and compassion. Amazing guys, will use them again no question!!!

Initially Christian came to check out our situation, and was very sympathetic to our issue and did everything in his power to get us up an running as soon as possible. Very friendly and thorough when explaining our issues. Following his visit Danny came soon after with the equipment to jet our pipes. He was incredibly helpful, worked efficiently, gave instructions on what to do to prevent future issues, it was a pleasure to interact with both employees, their friendly presence and thorough work has gained my future business

We had Alex come to our home to address some issues with our water filtration system. He not only addressed our issues but was very helpful in explaining how our system works. He also had several helpful tips on other plumbing and HVAC items throughout the house. Very friendly and professional.
