I just wanted to share how impressed I was with the service from Elite Rotor. They were fantastic! The technician did a thorough job, was super friendly, and even went the extra mile to clean up my bathtub, which had been full of gross sewer water. It’s rare to find such excellent service, and I really appreciate the care and attention they provided. I’ll definitely be recommending them to others! These guys are awesome! I called them for a clogged drain, but of course we ran into problems. Quentin stayed after it until he was able to come up with a solution. Even went so far as to call in a colleague with a camera to make sure he has fully resolved my issue. Unbelievable experience start to finish. Prompt response time, very clean (booties on when in the house and blankets on my wood floors to protect from dirt or scratches bringing in their snake), problem solving on the go, and very courteous on top of it all. 100% would recommend them to anyone!

Elite is the perfect name for this company. Brooks and Will were fantastic to work with. The communication between the techs and the office was exceptional. They sent out Brooks and Will for the service and they did an outstanding job. They really set the standard for good service. Im looking forward to doing business with them again.

I called 3 to 4 different companies to get quotes about having a drain line or two cleared for my condo and chose Elite Rooter. Melissa was my first point of contact and made the process very smooth and efficient and answered all my questions regarding pricing, services, and specials. Junior was the technician (plumber) that showed up and he was on time, upfront, and eager to help. Both Melissa and Junior were very professional, informative, reliable, transparent, and affordable! I will be calling them again for any future problems!

We manage HOA properties and had a water leak emergency around 7:00pm. Elite Rooter responded immediately and worked all night to replace the 4” cast iron pipe. We are happy with their services and professionalism.

Our technician was Joel , and he did a fantastic job. Joel was also very friendly and spoke Spanish which is always a plus! Javier was exceptional, particularly in his customer focus and effective service. I am a homeowner that is keen to learn, and better understand how I can maintain my home. I also have a 9month old that refused to nap amidst our appointment… mostly because she was so interested to learn and observe from Javier’s work today!
