Decent company, got the job done. I appreciate that. I was in a pinch and needed to have guest bathroom functional. I had two sinks I needed snaked. Only did one. Expensive 4700 for their package deal and a new vanity in my half bath. 439 to snake a drain. Over 700 for the two. I feel like it should of been half the price and for the time it took the guy to snake the drain he could spent 10 extra minutes and just done the other one. Now I’ll have to buy a snake myself or pay someone else to come do it. I will never have them back out again. A tip from a fellow business owner JP Plumming. If you can help someone out with 10 more minutes to leave them taken care of, just do it. You’ll make it on the backend when they tell their friends about you.

Well it was time for a new water heater. Thanks David, great to work with you all. My leaky water heater is gone, back to warm showers! Great team of people over at JT Plumbing and HVAC!

Had an appointment scheduled for a quote on a back flow preventer between 8 and noon. They called me at 10 and said there was a major major emergency and they would not make it that day or rest of the week. Totally understand these things can happen but they said they'd call back that afternoon but 2 days later still haven't heard back. I got the feeling that they really didn't want to come out and give the quote because he asked if I'd just rather cancel all together. I sell Real Estate and wouldn't be able to recommend this place because of this situation.

Excellent business! They offer reasonable rates keep their word, they offer fantastic service and always have very knowledgeable, helpful techs. Justin did a fantastic job and offered several options for how to proceed. Highly recommend.

One of them watched my write and post it. To get the discount I needed to leave a 5 star review NOT an honest review. They were over way over priced. Unfortunately I did not have time to research before. When they turned the main valve back on they did something to the cause a leak at the main value and they told the city after they left and I was left to deal with the city and no clue what they were talking about.

Justin did a fantastic job adding a sink to my shop. Job was done fast and left very clean when everything was done. Will definitely be using JT plumbing in the future. Justin also has the best beard of any plumber I’ve seen (and I’m a barber).

Our old hot water heater stopped working late one evening. I called JT Plumbing the next day and they came out to look at it within 4 hours. The next day we had no hot water (just one day), and then they installed a tankless water heater for us the next morning. I'd say it was exceptionally quick service. Justin was very responsive and happily answered all of my questions. I'd happily go with JT Pluming in the future!

With a slick and polite salesmanship they offer to charge you four times (4x$$$$) as much as other highly rated companies in the area. Be very wary as they misrepresent the severity of issues and try and tack on all kinds of extras in addition to that huge price tag.
