Found these guys on Thumbtack and they came out next day. If there was anything available, they would've came out to service my toilet install on the same day. They where backed up on scheduling, and almost where late, but I'm not complaining. My tech was super nice and knowledgeable. He did such an amazing job and hustled to get the job done! Needed a converted flange from pvc to cast iron. Had everything on his truck, super convenient. Price was a little more then expected, but overall priced accordingly. Definitely will be using Plumbums again! Thanks guys!

I had a great experience with Plumbums. Most of my contact was with James and Mike both of whom were knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciated their patience and approachability which I find is rare with others in their field. It was also easy to reach them to schedule appointments or ask questions. They were transparent and helpful with project details. They would be my first call for any future repairs and/or projects.

Our experience with Plumbumss LLC was fantastic. When looking for a qualified individual to fix a recurring issue, we stumbled upon them by happenstance. From Susan the receptionist who took my initial phone call to her care and attention to detail of our issue was amazing. She sent James the owner out to our home, due to our concerns and he was just flat out wonderful. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I would highly recommend hiring them if you have a plumbing issue.

After multiple mishaps with larger plumbing groups (not fixing issues, suggesting massive replacements to plumbing), I found Plumbums. They recommended a less drastic fix for our problem and saved us a lot of money! Additionally, everyone we encountered, from the person answering the phone to those doing the work, were kind, professional, and informative. I would highly recommend them for any future jobs.

Jim and his apprentice did excellent work with my home’s multiple plumbing issues and at a fair price. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to complete everything, even including additional tasks that they were not originally scheduled to complete. I’m happy to have found a plumber I can trust and will be calling him for any future plumbing issues.

James was great and fixed my problem within 20 minutes. He is very skilled and a great communicator. The price was reasonable and he and his team members are prompt, efficient, and courteous. Support local (Berlin) businesses!

Ive had multiple jobs done by Plumbums recently and have had nothing but excellent service. They were able to come out once on short notice for an emergency we had on the weekend. Everyone from their plumbers to office staff are a pleasure to work with and their prices are fair. Highly recommend for all of your plumbing needs.

I had several small jobs including replacing an old outside knob that would no longer turn off. He easily could have taken me for a lot of money. I have no clue. I went to run an errand quick-when I got back he was done!! Everything was perfect and for a fraction of what I expected to pay. Professional and kind. Highly recommend!!
