Flaherty Plumbing & Heating

Had them install a back flow pressure device for my sprinkler system in the fall. The system was off and winterized and the water had been off. They turned the water on and never told me or turned off. It froze 2 months later after not being touched. When I let them know they were unwilling to work with me to fix the mistake. Better customer service would go a long way here.

I have used Flaherty for years both at my house and at my rental property. They are always clean, professional, and reasonably priced. They have handled several emergencies for me, including broken showers and drains as well as general repairs of leaky dishwashers or to replace my garbage disposal. This guys are communicative and clear. Great team.

The amount of times I have called Flaherty Plumbing for emergency services that range from burst water mains to washing machine leaks, you would think they'd be sick of me by now. But, because they are so excellent at what they do, they are unlikely to get rid of me any time soon. I really can't say enough about Jeff and how thoughtful, efficient and responsive he and his team are. They are in the middle of saving me from another plumbing crisis right now, so no better time to show them some review love. Thank you Flaherty Plumbing!

Called these guys up, they couldn't do my request so referred me to another local guy, who couldn't do the timeframe I needed so my request landed back at Flaherty who came out same day and fixed a rusted out shower drain for a reasonable price. Absolutely fantastic services, great customer service, and I love it's a local company. Thank you Jeff and team!!!!

After 2 visits from the oil company who installed my hot water heater, they were unable to resolve the loss of hot water problem. Called Flaherty Plumbing & Heating and they set an appointment for the very next day. Their technician was able to come over in the morning earlier due to an opening in his schedule.. He diagnosed the problem in 5 min as a defective thermostat, said he needed to order the part, left, had the part in under an hour and back at my house to install. Work was complete and issue resolved before the originally scheduled appointment time. 10/10 would recommend.

I can't say enough about Flaherty and what a great experience they consistently create. The are the only plumbing company we ever use or refer. Lou specifically is our guy. Not only is he a great technician he is a wonderful person. As long as he and they are in business you should only ever use them, period. Best company in Fairfield county.

I've been using Flaherty Plumbing for 15 years now and 2 homes. They are excellent and I highly recommend them. They've done lots of basic work to more complicated work including laying out a new pipe from the basement to the septic tank and replacing frozen pipes throughout my home when I was away and returned to frozen pipes (no water damage as they stayed frozen and Flaherty repaired them very quickly). I honestly would not use anyone else.

Changed over to Flaherty Plumbing recently and have used their services several times. Have been VERY pleased with them - they are on time and the work gets done quickly and professionally. Vinnie - employee who makes the house calls - is the best!
