I can’t say enough good things about Menillo. We had a devastating plumbing emergency and the Menillo team (special mention for Nick!) was quick, kind, courteous, and communicated with us in terms we could understand every step of the way making a traumatic event a bit easier for us to bear and also helped me be able to trust my house again. If you want a company that treats you like a person and not a job while maintaining the utmost professionalism and expertise at all times, Menillo is for you.

Our water tank split while we were on vacation and we immediately reached out to the Menillo team. They were at our house the day we got home and talked us through our options. We opted to go with a tankless unit and the whole process was seamless. The team was on time, courteous, professional, and super helpful. Would definitively recommend!

The Mennillo Plumbing crew is absolutely amazing. It’s very nice to call and not get an answering service or transferred from here or there. They answer the phone day and night whenever I have called. The last time I had them out I had an issue and needed a part they not only ordered it for me, had it delivered to their shop, called me the same day it was delivered, and installed it. Not to mention the pricing is the fairest in the county. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and explain everything in detail along the way no surprise charges first class service all around thank you Bill and your team for the wonderful experience.

Dealing with service companies and service people can be very intimidating and stressful, but Menillo plumbing was incredibly customer centric and efficient. I called, and they politely responded with a clear and simple scope of the job and a fair, estimated cost. They were able to schedule the work in an unexpectedly short time. A very polite service person arrived as scheduled, and everything went exactly as they informed me. Professional, clean, and efficient. The only problem was that their minimum charge is one hour and they were so efficient that they finished in half the time. I thought they should have informed me and asked if I had another small project that I wanted to include for the same labor cost. As time estimating is not an exact science, I still gave them 5 stars without hesitation, and they will be first to call again.

ETA: Had Mennillo out yesterday for an emergency job, and the technician was just as excellent as my first experience with this company. Mennillo fixed my problem (a very scary dripping ceiling!!) very quickly and efficiently for a more-than-fair price. Original review follows: Excellent, detailed service technician who explained all of the changes that he was making and had all of the required parts ready to go in his van (I was even able to choose between different faucet price points). I highly recommend Mennillo based on how well they addressed several different plumbing issues inside (and outside!) my home.

The positive: They answer the phone every time, the plumbers are punctual, communicate well about their arrival, and present themselves professionally. The gripe: I had a problem with my 3-handle shower body that won't shut off completely - it was dripping. It felt like "metal on metal" when closing it, so it was a worn-out gasket. The technician's first proposed solution was either to replace all three cartridges, or the entire shower body with a retrofit one-handle design. I had to insist on just replacing the valve gasket. The tech said that "it's a band-aid, that it will leak again in a couple of months," etc. etc. Well, if it's replacing like-for-like with a right gasket, and the previous one lasted me 10 years, why would the fix last only "couple of months?". Mind you, I am not asking for a warranty here. "The valve seat can be corroded", he said, before even looking at it. It was NOT corroded, and replacing the gasket fixed the issue, of course. It is not less a less reliable solution, either - after all, the previous gasket lasted 10 years, and the cartridge is mechanically sound - it's not corroded or defective in any other way. My point is: yes, it is, of course more profitable for the company to replace the entire assembly, but please offer me the most cost-effective fix without me having to push for it, along with the more "complete" solution, and let me decide for myself.

Had sump pump problems and couldn’t rely on the contractor who did our basement . Called menillo and came out very next day and installed new pumps. The guys who installed them were professional and great. Will definitely use them again

Mennillo does excellent work! The plumbers who came out were knowledgeable, neat, and respectful. My building is older; everything can be tricky. But Mennillo took care of my problem without complaint and didn't shy away from the age of the property. I would definitely call again (and highly recommend) for a plumbing issue.
