I recently had the pleasure of working with Julio for a plumbing issue at my home. While the situation didn’t ultimately require any major repairs, I was really impressed by how thorough and professional he was in assessing the problem. He took the time to explain the issue in detail, answered all my questions, and ensured everything was functioning properly before leaving. Even though no work was necessary, I truly appreciated his honesty, transparency, and the care taken in addressing my concerns. It’s clear that Julio values customer satisfaction and professionalism. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again if any future plumbing needs arise!

I will forever be indebted to Julio from Hartford Mechanical, my water heater stopped working and I had another company come look to see if they could fix the issue. I was advised that they would try to find the parts needed to possibly repair then told they weren’t able to find parts so they wanted me to replace full tank, which is not cheap at all. Julio came to my house referred by a family member and took his time, called around and found the part needed to fix my unit. He got the part sent to my house overnight and was at my house the next day to finish job. I am forever grateful that he took his time and was able to get my house warm again for me and my kiddos.
