Had a high end SEER25 AC Carrier system installed by SM Mechanical. They replaced and adapted the new system perfectly. The system runs and performs as advertised. The installation team, led by Angel, were professional, knowledgeable and comprehensive. The installation took two days and it shows based on the quality of the workmanship.

I got home around 4:30pm on Sunday to my house at 50 with no heat working. Called a few places that couldn’t help me for at least 4 or 5 days and it was going to be under 20 degrees. Quick call back from the technician and Angel was here by 6:30 and quickly diagnosed the problem for my emergency service request. He explained his findings and was very knowledgeable and informative. I had a great experience and would highly recommend. I will continue to use their maintenance services regularly going forward.

RUDE PHONE REP. She clearly was having a bad day or needs more home training. claims to be a great customer service rep. completely awful over the phone. NO manners and not to mention you can hear staff conversation over the phone talking down on customers.

I am so happy with my new heating/ cooling system. I'm so glad I opted to make the change to a high efficiency boiler and the guys at SM helped make the whole process seamless and they answered my seemingly endless questions. I feel good with my decision and feel even better with choosing Sal and the team/crew at SM Mechanical to get the job done!
