I am very satisfied with A1 Plumbing and will contact them in the future for all of my plumbing needs. Neil is very professional, honest and reliable. He installed 2 gas lines for an outdoor kitchen and generator and did a fantastic job. He provided fair pricing and completed the job in the timeframe that was promised. I highly recommend Neil & A1 Plumbing to friends, family and anyone in need of plumbing or heating repairs or installation.

Absolute nightmare experience. I hired Neil to clear a clogged toilet in our guest room. It took him 4 hours and he charged me $700 which is crazy expensive for the task. the following week the toilet backup up again and the seal he placed on the toilet didn't hold so water to leak through the drywall causing significant damage to my living room below. When I called Neil to resolve, he didn't take responsibility saying this has never happened in his career. he's been completely unresponsive despite my frequent inquires. I had to spend even more money to fix the work he did. will likely take him to small claims court resolve. Complete headache. Hire at your own risk.
