Professional and courteous people, from the owner to the answering service to the two guys who did the installation (garbage disposal). They arrived promptly, right at the start of the two-hour time window that was scheduled. They installed efficiently. They behaved professionally (would have been fine around young kids). They tested the installation for function and leaks. They left the work area neat and clean. All around excellent service.

This is our second time using High Rock and once again I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service. Last year, Andre provided us with a new ice maker line, installed new shut of valves in our basement. This time Garrett installed our new kitchen faucet. Garrett was very thorough in explaining our plumbing situation and answered all my questions intelligently and competently. High Rock is very responsive via phone, they scheduled quickly, were on time and Garrett was very neat and I enjoyed him in my home. I’m happy to have a plumbing company I can trust.

I recently spoke with Garrett about setting up an appointment to come service our well. He was able to fit us into his busy schedule and came promptly within the time frame he had given me. Garrett and his worker Chad not only got the job done promptly, but they also were extremely friendly to my toddler as well as affordable for the services they provided. I called on memorial day evening about our well pump not working. Garrett showed up the next day on time. I was at work so I had my wife show them around and explain what was going on. The guys were very professional and kinda. They diagnosed the issue and got right to work fixing it. They explain everything to my wife for post installation instructions and we now have running water again. I would highly recommend High Rock to anyone in need of service and we will for sure use them again in the future. 10 out of 10
