1 yr update- they refuse to answer when called. The boiler has failed multiple times due to in proper installation and leaking pipes (ironic for a plumber). I don’t understand how someone could have done such a terrible job and then not stand by their work. They installed a boiler in a house I bought but it does not function properly. It is pushing heat through 2 of the 3 zones, even with the thermostats turned off. I have been trying to call for a week. Their voicemail is full and I have not received a call back. Seems as though they do not stand behind their work.
