I called Jeff based on a referral of 2 different people. All I can tell you is he was very professional and he saved me a ton of money. I also called one of the larger companies in the area and they came in and told me how bad my stem was and were only interested in selling me a whole new system. Jeff took his time and explained everything and why the system I had was still in very good condition. He even fixed problems from when I had a second zone put in my someone else (I wish I was referred to Jeff then!!!). It is refreshing to find people in a business that truly care about the customer and the reputation that his industry should have. By not replacing my system, I saved over $16,000.00 do you think I will go anywhere else from now on? I think you know the answer and neither should you!
