We’re working to sell our house and we have some nagging plumbing issues with grey water to a dry well and a bathroom sink. I call RR in the morning and there is a team available the same afternoon!!! Darley (tech #90) and Ricky arrive in the big Roto-Rooter van. We talk about the issues, they’re both very congenial and understanding, and we talk about a plan of work. They begin work and sweat through some tough stuff to get both jobs done in under 2 hours. The systems now work great… they showed me right then and there… and were cool while I did my own tests. I am so happy and relieved to have this work professionally completed and under warranty in a day… a day! Impressed and wearing a big grin about it. He helped me through the entire water restoration process, even going a step further and helping us file an insurance claim for the damages & communicating with the adjuster.
