As impressive as any service professional I have ever encountered. Iāve reached out to Ugo twice now with āno heatā issues with multiple young children and he and his team have either taken the time *immediately* to walk me through the potential fixes on the phone or theyāve *immediately* come out to fix the issue themselves. Ugo himself is kind, clear and exceptionally patient. If I could go above 5 starts, I would. Three cheers for a place that still prioritizes customer service and professionalism to this degree in 2025.

Top notch service from the second I called Ugo until the job was done. Ugo walked me through a couple of troubleshooting steps over the phone to see if we could resolve my issue before a tech had to come out. When it couldnāt be resolved over the phone, he sent Phil out to diagnose what was wrong with my furnace. Phil found the problem and ordered the part I needed. They offered me space heaters because they knew Iād be without heat for the night. The following day Antonio arrived and repaired my furnace. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and made me feel like my problem was a priority to them. I canāt recommend Ugo DiGrazia AC, Inc enough!!

I mean simply amazing. Ugo and his team were upfront with everything that needed to be done, ballpark idea of costs and even showed me where the issues were. I unequivocally recommend DiGrazia for your heating and cooling. You wonāt find a more caring and hard-working company than these guys!!

Ugo and his staff are very responsive, professional and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain things and troubleshoot. Iāve had to call the emergency line a few times and Ugo answers the calls himself and gives you guidance on what to do until he can get out to fix it. Would highly recommend this company!

Called for an annual furnace cleaning based on ratings & reviews. Tech appeared okay, however forgot to plug up the hole in the exhaust pipe before leaving after getting his readings. He also noticed about three other issues and one was a condenser he was going to order as well as two other things he took pictures of and said his boss would call me about. After two weeks, I called and left a message for the office manager since nobody had called me and two weeks later, there still is no return phone call so I guess after a month, theyāve decided to ghost me for some reason. I originally thought they were a professional company but am now reconsidering that notion when they never quite completed a job and never returned phone calls for issues they found and said they would get back to be me on. Go figure. Update to response. I only taped the hole from saving the guy another trip out the sane day when I was told someone should be back in a week or so with a new part and would take care of it then. Also no voice message was left, it was left with another woman in the office, so no technical issue there. It also took longer to write a response than a phone call wouldāve been anyway. But sounds like something you really didnāt want to do in the first place. Thereās other more reliable & professional companies out there. Happy holidays to you and your team.

I am happy and satisfied with the service to my furnace. The level was expert, and competent. I like how informed they are about the mechanisms of my furnace, and the best fit for my home.

Our water heater began leaking late on Saturday night. Ugo DiGrazia has been servicing our HVAC systems for years, including installation of this water heater 10 years ago. When I called the emergency line, he answered the call himself, gave me instructions on how to minimize the leaking for the time being, and said he would work on getting it replaced the next day, Sunday. He updated me Sunday morning and explained a resource situation, promising to have it installed Monday. On Monday, the installer showed up on time and did a great job doing the work. His good communication, responsiveness to our waterlogged emergency, and talented team are great, and I wouldn't hesitate to use him for any similar work in the future.

I would highly recommend Ugo DiGrazia Air Conditioning and Heating. Ugoās crew was super professional and did a great job replacing our furnace and central a/c. They took the time to explain what they were doing each step of the way and clearly and patiently explained how to use the new equipment. Ivana in the office did a great job communicating about crew arrival times, etc. over the course of the job. Would definitely use Ugo and his team again.
