Simon and Jake were extremely professional, courteous and quickly resolved the issue I had with my boiler. They identified the issue, explained how they would replace the part and troubleshoot any other problems. They had the new part on hand to fix the problem which was a big plus! They clearly explained what the issue was today and I appreciated that they provided a heads up for future potential issues with having an old boiler, without trying to hard sell a replacement !! Overall an excellent service visit.

Let me start by saying Jason is the best service person ever coming to my house explaining all the details going over every aspect of the job with me and his suggestions were very helpful. Also money saving I hope all the time Jason will come to my house his service is one of the best I had in a very, very long time

My yearly gas furnace maintenance was handled superbly by Justin. He called ahead of time and arrived promptly and got right to work, finishing in under an hour. He was knowledgeable about my non-working AC system to the point where I will hire them if I I want to proceed with fixing it.

I am very happy with HL Bowman...from John Everson, to Simon and the other employees who worked on this project. Professional and pleasant. I am the former President of a large condo complex. The 5 star is for Jeremy who checked of on all steps of professionalism starting from the call before arriving to providing the written report at the end of the visit. I also include a smile, wearing a shoe cover, and a touch of know your customer in my steps. Needless to say, I was happy with the update he provided about the heating system. I will look forward to seeing him again on the summer maintenance.

We recently had maintenance and repair work on our furnace. Our technician John E. was courteous and very efficient in his work. He texted when he was on the way which was much appreciated. If we need service in the future we would gladly welcome him back to our home.

He then educated me on his assessment and provided a list of recommendations on how we could improve our home plumbing to address current issues and prevent future problems.
