My wife and I just moved in to our new home not too long ago. We had a few things that needed to be addressed and fixed before we were all settled in. We called Rick’s Plumbing and requested Johnathan B (he has done amazing work in the past at our previous home) and they came out a day later! These weren’t emergency fixes but they put us high on their priority list. Johnathan was so easy to talk to and was so kind and willing to explain everything to myself and my wife. Jonathan Brouillard from Ricks plumbing replaced my toilet in my downstairs bathroom. Jonathan was there when he said he was going to be for my appointment. Jonathan was very professional and respectful of my property. Jonathan went as far as to show me what the issue was for my toilet not working properly in the first place. 3 weeks ago I had a new water heater installed by Ryan and associated with Rick’s Plumbing. Worked efficiently, cleaned up afterwards and had showed up on time for the job. Wasn’t getting enough hot water after the install. Scott came out and adjusted the settings. Again on time, efficient and left nothing behind but good service. They provide good service at a very reasonable price with flexibility for your schedule in a timely manner. Priority to this I got a leak under my kitchen sink the night before I was scheduled for surgery. I called them and were quick to reschedule a prior appt to come and help me not knowing how long I’d be in the hospital. Above and beyond expectations. Many thanks to a great team!

Lee removed a Reverse Osmosis water filtratration system and replaced with a new one for me. The install was fairly quick and looks great. He cleaned up well, showed me how to operate it and also re-attached my dishwasher which had broken off the hinge. Great job at a fair price. Much appreciated.

Jonathan was on time and very professional. He listened to what the problem was and went right to work, resolving the issue quickly and efficiently. He was also very neat and personable. Also, he did not leave immediately after he fixed the problem. He checked a couple other things and made sure that everything was working (e.g. draining) properly BEFORE he left. He is a very conscientious worker. He is passionate about his work. I would highly recommend Jonathan and Rick's Plumbing Service for all your plumbing needs.

Excellent customer service. They arrived on time and got straight to work. Installation was quick and done right. These guys are really good and know what they’re doing.

Both Jonathan and Lee were fantastic! They were conscious about cleanliness, my dog, explaining me the entire process, answering all my questions etc. The installation of the water heater was efficient along with the implementation of all the safety systems. Would definitely recommend using their services!

Joe & Brandon spent the day at our home today completing 5 detailed projects. I so greatly appreciate the care given for protecting our home from all the foot traffic and detailed level of cleaning after the work was completed. The professionalism and work performed far exceeded our expectations. Our 70 year old plumbing presented a few challenges and the guys weren't phased, kept us informed and made sure we had great outcomes. Highly recommend.
