HORRIBLE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! The manager assistant was very rude and nasty. And the worker’s damage my stuff in my house.

I live in CT, in the town that AAA services. My pipes broke and anxiously I’m extremely stressed. I called AAA first for their services, thinking they had great yelp reviews and seemed professional. A man on phone wouldn’t even consider my question because of my area code. I listened to him say it. He heard me try to explain my issue and that I live in CT, just came from out of state.... then he hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend this service to any body and will tell everyone about it. He was very rude and I shouldn’t have to deal with that when I’m stressed and worried.

I had a great experience with AAA Plumbing. I needed two different service calls and i was on a tight time line for an inspection, Jacob, Jeff and Russ worked wit me to get everything resolved quickly and professionally. Highly Recommend!!!!

I had an awesome experience with Art. This was 6 o'clock on a Friday during the Christmas season. He sent over Dylan right away. Dylan fixed a sensor and I had heat again. Great guy and very personable, the price of $125 was more than reasonable! I would do business with these guys again.

My wife and I purchased a home this past summer with the original water heater (circa 1961) still in place, so we were expecting an 'unexpected' expense within the first couple of years to replace it. Long story short, the water heater gave out this week and we ended up choosing AAA Plumbing for the replacement - very happy we did. AAA Plumbing provided very timely, affordable, professional services. The long version below... I discovered we had no hot water shortly after waking up at 6:30am. My wife looked online for plumbers and called AAA Plumbing around 7:15am, we had an appointment scheduled by 7:30am, and the technician Jacob arrived at our house by 8:30am. My old water heater was electric, and I was looking to replace it with gas. Jacob took a thorough look at the setup in my house, laid out some options (keeping electric, switch over to gas, combined heater/boiler system) and the cost estimate for each. Jacob was very knowledgeable of local energy efficiency programs/funds in the area that subsidize heating systems - hence he presented the combined heater/boiler option. My old water heater was 120 gallon tank with stone insulation. I had previously considered an 80 gallon tank for the eventual replacement. Assessing my specific needs (showers, baths, appliances, etc.), Jacob identified that a less costly 50 gallon tank would be more than sufficient for the home. I appreciated that Jacob wasn't trying to upsell me on additional tank capacity when it wasn't necessary. After signing a work agreement around 9am, Jacob returned with his team (Russ and Dylan) by 2pm that same afternoon and completed the install before 5pm. The team was very respectful throughout the whole install process - taking the time to answer any questions I had about the install, heater components, and energy efficiency settings. Jacob even fielded other questions I had about my furnace and attic insulation - he shed light on yet another energy efficiency program that provides homeowners with a home energy audit through the contractor EcoSmart for only ~$130. I already scheduled that appointment. Going above and beyond the work agreement, Jacob offered to come back the following weekend to help me haul away the old heater when I mentioned that I was new to the area and didn't know anyone that could help. Additionally, AAA Plumbing generously offered me a military discount to honor my past service in the armed forces. Given that Jacob was himself a veteran, I got the sense that AAA Plumbing respects and values not only the military service of their customers, but of their employees as well. Overall, I walked away from the experience not only getting a quick and professional install of a new heater - and the right one for my home - but also feeling more informed about my water heater, furnace, their components and even energy efficiency programs in the area. Jacob, Russ, and Dylan transformed what could have easily been a bad day into a great one. AAA Plumbing (and hopefully Jacob) will be my first choice for any future plumbing needs. Thanks, gents!

Our plumbing backed up at 10:30 PM. I called and they sent someone right away. They diagnosed and fixed the problem that night and returned the next day to repair the underground pipe outside. The guys were courteous and professional and we are pleased with the job they did.

Took day off and they cancelled made an new appt. for two days later took day off again no one showed up I called and they cancelled again with a different excuse. They do good work but are unreliable won't use them again

Called this company to come out and give me a price on work at a house I own, they set up an appointment and then didnt show up or call to say they werent going to make it, when I called them the next day they said that worker had a bad day and that they would be over to my house when they were done with a job. Again they did not show up or call to say they werent coming and then they stopped answering the phone. Very unprofessional.
