I became acquainted with the owner of Advance when quoting a completely new well system for my residence. The owner of Advance was unable to take my well system job due to scheduling, however, he referred me to a company that he said I "could trust with quality work and a fair price." My experience with the well company he referred me to was superb. A few days ago, I developed some plumbing problems, and it was an opportunity to return his favor. I had not had a plumber I was satisfied with in years. Advance provides upfront, fixed quotes for all of its work. I also wanted "Advance" to evaluate some elements of my plumbing system that seemed to be wearing to the point of developing into a near term problem. The Advance technician named Greg, was congenial, polite, and meticulous in his work. He evaluated all my areas of concern, and I did not feel he recommended anything beyond what was necessary to address the existing problems. Scope of Work Basement Laundry New Valves and Hoses (leak) Heating Line Valve (leak/drain and fill heating system) Install New Faucet Kitchen (replaced feeder pipes and installed new dual emergency stop valves under cabinet. Replace Toilet Emergency Stop Valve and Feeder Line I highly recommend this firm for all plumbing, heating, and air conditioning jobs. Finally, I have a plumber I can call with confidence, and I can trust to do quality work.

The team at Advanced Plumbing fixed a leaking pipe in a ceiling. They were prompt, courteous, communicative, thorough, and fast. They came over within 2 hours of my call. They found another leak in a certain positioning of the shower valve while they were testing for the originally noticed leak. Great job!

Devin was extraordinary. Sent him the video of the issue. He knew what it was and promptly replaced the part in less than 5 minutes. Great experience.

Advance Plumbing takes care of their customers. I have used them in the past for very routing items when I bought my house. When I had an issue with my boiler this month, I called them and Ethan was the dispatched tech. He was great, identified the issue very quick made sure my heat was working, After talking to him, he mentioned that in addition to plumbing they also do HVAC work. Well they now have a customer for life. The prices are excellent and the service and quality of its people is absolutely A-1.

We just bought a new house and needed to replace the water heater. When they showed up they explained to us how all our systems worked and replaced our water heater very quickly. They were very professional and friendly, we would hire them again!

Legend speaks of a towering boiler repairman known as Ethan. Young though he be of age, ancient he be in wisdom. Ethan came out to fix our boiler the other day. He quickly identified the issue and made a few recommendations. He was candid in the pricing of repairs: we needed a couple new hi vents and he mentioned that they cost about $60 (TMS tried to charge us $269 for them). With several new parts and doing a cleaning/changing the filter the total came to about $950. It looked like the boiler hadn't been serviced for many years (we just bought the house recently), so this seemed like a totally fair price to get everything back in order. For comparison, TMS tried to charge us $3500 for the same work. Ethan in particular was great though. Friendly guy, and he did a couple above-and-beyond things like cleaning up an old oil spill and adding a bit of cement to the chimney seal.

I recently had Advance Plumbing & Heating replace my failed water heater. I received quotes from multiple contractors, but this company blew the competition out of the water. The professionalism, price and service were outstanding. They were excellent in communication and helped me out in a very timely manner. I have contacted A LOT of local contractors in this area in the past for various issues, but finally found an HVAC/plumbing company that I will come back to for all my future needs.
