Mr. Rooter Plumbing of South Central Connecticut

This is the second time we have needed Mr. Rooter. From the moment we called it he’s been a great experience. The plumber, Dallas, arrived at the time that was agreed upon and immediately went to work , explaining everything that he was doing and why. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them to any and all that needed plumbers. If I could give 5 stars I definitely would!

An outstanding experience with great customer service both at the office level and with follow up communication on the arrival time of the technician. The technician, Jason, was also outstanding! He demonstrated great knowledge, was very efficient, demonstrated outstanding professionalism and communication, along with solving the drainage problem. My experience today with Mr Rooter was great. I had a plummer named Troy he was a very hard worker, professional, patient and understanding. He explained everything he was doing and did it in a timely manner. I had no hot water in my shower and Troy got the job done I have hot water. Thank you Troy for helping me and if I should need a plummer again I would definitely ask for you.

Chris did an excellent job in explaining the issues and was very thorough on scheduling the next appointment to complete the work. He was also very conscientious about being as neat as possible. 5 star rating for him.

Many aspects of the experience were very good, however they did not resolve my problem. Easy to set up appointment, very responsive, technician arrived on time, pleasant and easy to deal with. However he diagnosed the problem as some clogging in the sink waste line. He snaked both sinks, but when we ran the water, both downstairs toilets overflowed, leaving a big mess. He offered no help in cleaning up. Then he said the problem was my septic tank needed to be pumped. He charged me for the work done, even though it didn’t fix the problem. I called my septic contractor the next day. Septi tank didn’t need pumping, the waste line to the septic tank was clogged. He cleared it and resolved the problem. If Mr. Rooter had correctly diagnosed the problem, I would have avoided the mess and all would have been resolved.
