Astacio has been AMAZING. Fast, courteous, communicative… Our boiler died, and these folks moved heaven and earth to get our heat pump installed so quickly. I can’t say enough good things about them. Thank you, Oscar, Victor, Robert, Junior, Steve, Tina, Rachel and most of all Kat for making this happen for us. You made what could have been an incredibly stressful situation as smooth and painless as possible. We are SO GRATEFUL!

Amazing company, extremely helpful, take pride in their work and genuinely happy to help their customers ! Everyone working in the office was extremely responsive and happy to help with any questions we had. Felix, Ricky, and John were the ones who were working in our home and they were extremely efficient and couldn’t have been nicer! Overall, very happy with our experience and will continue our relationship with Astacio !!

I recommend Astacio highly! They were polite, professional, considerate, and went out of the usual to make sure I was completely happy along every step of the way, from the first service call, the plumbers sent, the recommended new heaters, their estimates, and all the work done. Always patiently explained everything, no matter how often it was needed. Did the job well, and tidy. The service done, a new hot water heater, was installed by skilled professionals. I felt confident with the work done. It was a good experience working with them, from the head of the department to the kind skilled plumbers who did the job very well.

FABULOUS!!!! Oscar and Nelson redid our entire heating system and AC. Their work was impeccable and they took pride in their work. I HIGHLY recommend these two wonderful people!! I couldn’t be more pleased!!

Needed two new water shut off valves. One on each side of the meter. The area was easily accessible and only required walking up and then kneeling down. The valves are about $25 each. Charged $1,100. I asked for them to make it right and that the charge was unreasonable. Nothing. Suppose they prefer a 1 time customer rather than a lifetime customer.

Astacio has been the best experience I had with getting my new furnace installed. They were fast, courteous, and communicated very well. Jose P and Jose G were my 2 technicians they were the best! I can’t say enough about my experience and I highly would recommend Astacio Thanks Again!!!

I cannot put into words how grateful I am for the work Astacio did for us. This is hands down the best company to work with. When our oil burner failed at the absolute worst time, and after several sleepless nights with no progress with anyone else, we were so afraid our pipes would freeze. Then, we found Astacio. We called them at the end of the day and they arrived within hours to help us. With the utmost resourcefulness, determination, focus, and attention to detail, they had our heat working again by the morning.

We came home from work and found we were without heat and hot water. We called Astacio and they came out right away. Once the problem was diagnosed, arrangements were made for replacing what amounted to basically our boiler, expansion tank, and more. They made sure to leave us with several space heaters to get by the next couple of days. Come Monday, Oscar and Victor were at our property bright and early to get started. Both very friendly and approachable. They didn't mind any of my silly questions and worked tirelessly throughout the day. Once the job was finished, they made sure everything was up and running. They also stayed to go over all of the new system with us. Will continue to do business with Astacio and highly recommend Oscar and Victor. Thank you!
