He responded almost immediately and although he couldn't come in person to help with our kitchen sink issue, he went the extra mile identifying the problem and guiding us through the solution. I was referred to Badaracco for a clogged shower drain and they did great work. The job had to be expanded to replace an old pipe and the owner Tony came by on a Saturday to make sure everything was handled appropriately. They were professional and fair. I highly recommend them.

Great customer service, which is very hard to find these days. I noticed something was wrong with the pressure in my boiler and gave the company a call. Even though it was later in the day and no appointments were available, Tony (Owner) offered to facetime and analyze the situation to fix the issue. Really appreciated it and highly recommend the company.

I had Badaracco plumbing replace my hot water heater and do some other repairs to my 15 year old furnace. They were great! Tony and his team are the best. With our house being over 70 years old, we have naturally needed to replace some pipes here and there. Not only is Tony's team quick to respond, but they also take time to explain the issue and ensure it is fixed before they leave. Prices are fair and never a surprise! Called Badaracco plumbing and heating last Saturday night at 10 o’clock Tony and his team were out here within one hour making the repair pricing was reasonable all of his guys are extremely efficient and productive and they cleaned up like they were never here. highly recommend Tony and his crew we will definitely be using them again in the future wish I had found this company years ago they were really amazing.

i cannot express how happy i am to have contacted them and have them work on a job for me. professional, honest and damn good work. They saved me so much money and did NOT nickel and dime me like another company did (which had literally cost me 1000's of dollars). several months after having them re-pipe my place and i can't be happier and have not had a single issue. i wouldn't have been able to move in had it not been for them!
