Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Southern Fairfield County

We are new to Connecticut and are happy to have found Augie/Mr. Rooter. He was easy to communicate with, answered all our questions, and gave us a fair price. We had him hook us up to the town sewer and crush our septic tank. His crew was professional and they got the work done in 1 1/2 days. We thought we would have been left with a mess in our yard but even our neighbors mentioned how nicely they cleaned up after themselves. We highly recommend!

My kitchen disposal stopped working (over 15 years old) so I called Mr Rooter which was able to come the next day. I was given the option of either disconnecting the motor or replacing it. Since the price was so reasonable I chose to replace it. The excellent repairman went out to get the part, returned quickly, and I not only hard it working but my space was left even cleaner than before he came!

Mr. Rooter did a fantastic job on a kitchen sink clog in a rental apartment. They were very accommodating with times and the tech, Gary, went above and beyond with his customer service! Thank you Gary! I highly recommend their services.

I would highly recommend Mr Rooter - Jamie. He has done two homes (both very old, renovation/additions) for me which required - cut/cap, diagnostic, relining sewer line, adding new sections of sewer etc. He was able to get the town permit and work efficiently with the sewer department. Job explained clearly and time line met both times. Very happy with his service!

Gary was wonderful. Arrived on time, same-day service, price, quote, agreed-upon, added in some details about the service contract, whole process took about two hours or so to change the leaking hot water heater, upgrade to a 50 gallon heater, and he explained the whole process as well as next steps, and how to operate it. Very impressed with this service. Kind to my dog, too!
