Review Summary

  • Positive: Quick, helpful, and professional service for unclogging lines (Pablo mentioned). Replaced a sewer line with good results, handling permits and inspections. Some customers praise the crew's professionalism and hard work. Mike, David & Juan are specifically praised. Excellent service in a luxury high rise.

I highly recommend All American Sewer & Drain Services. I had a back up in my waste pipe and someone was able to come out to my house same day. Pablo was extremely helpful and professional and was able to unclog the line for me. Good price and quick and easy service! 5/5 stars!

Its good to know that the US is being flooded with foreigners who will actually do work and replace these lazy people. These guys want low "hanging fruit" type jobs and want to charge a fortune. A guy came here and got paid to do nothing but make excuses and listen to a pipe. Still waiting 3 weeks later... to get a call from "the boss" to talk about, let alone do this job.

Great job replacing the sewer line! I live in Norwalk in a 1950's house where all the houses were fitted with the cardboard like Orange-berg sewer lines to the sewer in the street. Needless to say, after all these decades the pipe started to collapse and clog on a regular basis. Each time I had a different service blast through the clog, all charged upwards of $1000 for a timely (same day service). Finally I decided to bite the bullet, and replace the old line (Norwalk does not allow repairs to the old Orange-berg lines, they want them replaced) which cost almost $20,000. It took about three days to complete, the guys caused little service interruption. All the guys working there were very professional and hard working. All permits and four city inspections were on them, and that is good in case I ever want to sell the house. This was a very good experience. Thank you to the whole crew.

CALL SOMEONE ELSE. Posting an update on my post from a few years ago. Turns out this company used a wax o ring where they should have used a Neoprene one because the toilet exists toward the back and not underneath. We just learned about a leak that's been going on between the tile, sheet rock, and ply wood stemming from use of improper hardware when the toilet was being reinstalled. Now we have to have mold remediation, possible get new floors, all because of poor work! I used All American Sewer and Drain Services on a recommendation from my neighbor. It was a $500 (to be fair, this is market rate for a job done right) mistake. I had a clog in my main sewer line that they cleared just enough to give me two weeks without an issue until same same problem reared it's head again. After learning more about my problem from RotoRooter and additional research, I learned they did not clear the drain properly which would have been to clear the main sewer line from an opening in the basement rather than removing the toilet from the first floor. When I contacted ASDS to ask for them to fix the same problem I had called them for originally they requested an additional $350 for the work on top of the nearly $500 I spent. I didn't want to spend $350 and get no guarantee. I called RotoRooter who fixed the problem and give me a 6 month guarantee. 4 months later there have been no problems. Rotorooter also sent a tech with a camera to check the line a few days after their service (for free) and it came back with no issues. Main lesson is use companies who GUARANTEE their work. After all this I requested money back from my initial $500 and All American Sewer & Drain said no.

Charged us $260 to fix a leak and the service guy guaranteed that it would fix the problem over the phone. Problems continued so we had them back out a few days later and they charged an additional $500 to snake the line which actually fixed the issue. They didn't recognize the original guarantee so we paid over $700 to clear out the line!!!! Given sewage was leaking in shower we didn't have time to shop around. We will never again will we use them again!

Mike, David & Juan are simply the BEST! After Roto-Rooter tried to over sell me an unneeded main sewer line CIPP project, All American to the rescue! I was immediately comfortable with Mike's professionalism & calm guidance - once David & Juan were on site (the same day) they thoughtfully assessed the situation, thoroughly jetted our main sewer line while simultaneously showing live video every inch of out 80 year old clay lines until they were as smooth as a baby's bottom! Roto-Rooter tried pressuring us to cut up our basement floor to do an necessary relining project - All American saved the day along with lots of money & stress by simply being the nice, honest & transparent guys they are... THANKS!!!!
