Rich and Jonny at Drain Away are great! They were quick to respond when I reached out and came out to look at the issue right away. Throughout the process, they were good at communicating and kept me informed every step of the way. What really stood out was their commitment to solving the problem—they didn’t stop until everything was resolved. They were also super flexible and easy to work with, which made a stressful situation so much easier. On top of that, they were just really nice guys who clearly care about their work and their customers. If you’re dealing with a drain issue, I’d definitely recommend giving them a call!

Drain Away serviced our townhome on a Saturday with very little notice. Richard and Lou are INCREDIBLE and their commitment to clients and their work is a rarity. They not only fixed our sewage backup issue but were able to diagnose the root of an ongoing issue other companies couldn't. Not to mention they are so fairly priced. Overall, this was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend.

Well there is no surprise that Drain Away Sewer is a 5 star business and the best in the Stamford area. We had an emergency at midnight and Richard was responsive and compassionate, in addition to knowledgeable. He took his time to hear us out and offered several options. Richard Sachs has serviced our house twice now. Both times have been efficiently resolved and reasonably priced. The second visit was a call on a holiday weekend Sunday. Sewage backing up into the house with out of town guests staying with us. A real disaster in the making. But Richard answered the phone on the first call, and was at my house in about 15 minutes. The clog was the main line out of the house, to the septic. Snaking from the toilet would have been a real ordeal, but he had the tools and the foresight to address the clog from the septic side. From phone call to pack up was less than an hour. I highly commend and recommend Richard's service.

Rich and his crew were professional, courteous, polite and so helpful. Before calling Rich I don’t know what to do with the problem I had but once he and his team arrive they made sure to take charge and get the job done. I will definitely be recommending Drain Away to all my friends and family and I will be using them again!
