Nice store parts, but don't have parts for old....

My in-laws’ boiler went down on over the weekend. Temperatures down in the single digits and we were worried about freezing pipes. Burnham Alpine boiler that most supply houses don’t even stock parts for. I needed a control board and I was able to get ahold of Kenny (the branch manager). Not only did they have the board in stock but Kenny gladly opened the store for me on a Sunday so I could come grab it and get my family heat. The price was very fair and the service was outstanding. I would highly recommend doing business with these gentlemen! Kenny, thank you again for helping me out when I was in a jam! Jimmy and Tim, thank you for answering my calls and helping me out!

Recently purchased plumbing fixtures and toilets for 2 bathrooms. We were very happy with the customer service and selection. Both our salespeople, Cindy and Anna helped us in selecting products that fit our style and budget. We were missing a valve and they ordered me the piece and had it shipped UPS so our plumber could get the job done. Excellent service and selection.

I need to repair my tub faucets and purchased the repair kit. I some trouble installing and I went back with some questions. My questions were answered. However, the handles for stems did not fit properly so I had to use the old handles. This is not Webb's fault. The parts were from China. Enough said!!!!

I came into F.W. Webb today to pick up an order that i placed 1 week prior for my bathroom renovation. My order which had many items on the ticket was brought out right to my car all boxed up nicely and was labeled. All of the employees were wearing N95 mask upon my arrival. I highly recommend F.W. WEBB

Wow, I have had the same experience as the previous reviewer.. I was looking for a simple reducing elbow. The guy at the counter barked at me "don't have it", and wasn't willing to help me further, or even to say where to go next. I don't expect a white glove treatment over a $5 part, but I don't appreciate outright rudeness either. Fortunately, there are other plumbing supply stores around.

I have been in the construction business for over 20 years. This is the worst plumbing supply store I have been to. Don't waste your time or money, go to Pramar in Portchester. The man at the parts desk was rude and knew nothing about plumbing. He seemed upset with my simple questions and was not able to give me any answers. If he is not the owner I don't know why he is employed. After this terrible customer service experience I ended up purchasing over $140 in parts, I immediately went to Home Depot, found an employee and he was able to give me answers to all my questions and then got me similar parts (that worked the exact same if not better) for $30. This is how they treat contractors, I can't imagine how they treat homeowners.
