Darrio was great at diagnosing the water leak into our garage. He also promptly called for the part of the pipe that was corroded. His colleague brought it soon enough. He is licensed and very professional. The services are priced as per standard prices in the area for licensed professionals. I do recommend them for their efficiency, smooth scheduling process and punctuality.

JNR did a great job. Dario was our technician, and he was assisted by Martin. They were on time and informative. We are first-time homebuyers and Dario took time to look at our equipment and talked us through our options. He basically treated our house like it was his own. I also appreciated the ease of paying our invoice and the ease of scheduling the appointment.

It was our first time using JNR Plumbing and I'm happy to say that we'll be using them from now on. Both Parke and Dario were polite and knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. My favorite had to be the text message alerts letting us know when they were on their way along with their pictures and background info. JNR Plumbing is one of the most professional companies that I've used.

JNR and our tech Parke were great in solving a two issues regarding a washing machine drain. I spoke to the owner on the phone first, going over the appointment and he was very thorough in describing how the company operates- pricing etc. I liked how Parke sent me both job estimates on his iPad for me to sign before we agreed to any work- he completed both jobs in the same day. Transparent for sure. Fair pricing and no surprises. Will 100% use again in the future for any plumbing issues.

Today was my first experience with JNR Plumbing and one of the company's technicians, Dario Marras. I only have great things to say about JNR, Dario and the level of professionalism I experienced today. First, there was clear communication from Jacob in the home office regarding the appointment time (text and email updates are a nice touch) and then a call from Dario in the AM communicating his exact arrival time. We have a fairly new house with a modest level of technology and some complication with our plumbing. For example, the service call today was related to our Navien tankless water heaters which requires a trained Navien Service Specialist (trained by Navien) to service and program the water heaters. Dario was sent over by JNR because he is one of their experts with Navien products. He is, by far, the most knowledgeable Navien service specialist I have met in the 10 years we have had these tankless heaters. I feel really great about the work he did today. In addition, Dario is a licensed P2 Journeyman in Connecticut, so he is an expert on all of our plumbing. In addition to the Navien heaters, we were able to discuss with Dario the alerts coming from the Moen "Smart" leak detector / shutoff valve attached to our water main and he explained several important things about our water filtration system and the water pressure regulator. Wonderful experience overall! I am happy to have a plumber I can trust, and I would highly recommend JNR.

Our tech Dario arrived promptly and gave us the heads up on arrival time. More importantly, JNR was able to schedule us quickly and came the same day as the call. Getting an appointment within a short period of time on phone with call center was easy; the communication with company is tremendous; their identification of technician and his progress getting to my location was great; the faucet replacement was actually on a sailboat but the technician was easy to speak to and understood my issues even though this water system setup was new to him; offered great suggestions; totally pleased with the work….wish the cost was a bit lower — phew!

We’ve contracted JNR twice for service and both times have been amazed at how friendly, knowledgeable and helpful they are. Dario M. helped repair an issue with the water heater install that another company did and recommended the proper repairs to get the job done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them to get the job done correctly the 1st time. Will use their services again next time!
