Incredibly professional guys that are careful, thoughtful, and clean. We had a water heater leak that flooded our basement. Jimmy called me back within 30 minutes of leaving him a voicemail at 10:30pm, talked me through how to manage the situation temporarily, and showed up with a full team as promised first thing in the morning. Was there for two hours before we even decided on next steps. They cleaned up, and even fixed a few mistakes from prior work without my asking. Zero complaints, and I am incredibly picky. Good people, responsive, great service, licensed, insured, and great work. The price point reflects that. They'll be my go-to moving forward.

100% recommend. I’ll be frank, I called multiple plumbers to get a quote. The big conglomerate plumbing companies (ahem Astacio, JNR, etc) in Stamford literally quoted around $1100. JSocci gave a very fair price at nearly half that price. Don’t pay a 200% premium to these big plumbing companies. JSocci saved me nearly $500 for the same job.

Excellent service. Very professional and knowledgeable. They have fixed multiple issues at home from clogged drain to a leaky water heater hose. They used the right parts and didn’t cut corners. I feel my house is in better shape after they corrected the leak.

Overall: Qualified plumbers, but be prepared for outrageous charges. I hired Jim's team for two separate jobs: The 1st job was to fix a pipe leak in the ceiling. Jim Jr. completed the work efficiently and professionally. I am very satisfied. The 2nd job was an urgent job as the fridge water line wouldn't shutoff, and Jim Jr was able to swing by as soon as I called. He was in a rush to the next appointment, so he only stayed for 15 to 20 minutes, and provided a temporary solution to the leak. He then charged me $350 for this urgent call. Before he left he commented the water heater should be replaced. He then provided a quote for fix the fridge water line shutoff (another $550 to finish the job) and replacing the 40gallon household water heater ($4000).

Jim and his service team were great. They arrived within 2 days of my initial request. The serviceman who unclogged the sink drain and disposal was kind and very knowledagble about his craft and shared this with me. I would highly recommend Jim and his team!

Outrageous pricing Our water heater leaked and we called him for a quote. The water heater was few weeks under warranty, but he told us, given it is this close to warranty expiry, company won’t honor it. He also gave us a quote of replacing the same for $10,500 including the water tank price. Two other plumbers whom I called to get quotes told me that i should certainly try to get the tank through warranty. One of them quoted $6200, and the other quoted $4200, both including water tank. Eventually the tank company did honor the warranty and the job overall cost me ~$1700. I obviously didn’t give them the work, but their quote makes me question everything they do.

We use these guys for anything to do with plumbing. It’s exhausting living somewhere where people don’t come when they say they will or don’t do a good job. We’ve always had 100% happy experience with these guys and highly recommend. They’re friendly, prompt, reliable and very professional.

Used J Socci for several items when we moved into a new house. All was done very well and on time. We had one issue with an installation, and their response was timely, courteous and at no charge. Much appreciated and will use again!
