I just called to see if I could get a estimate and this receptionist lady gave me the most nastiest attitude and tone. She’s definitely the downfall of this company. Like why are you working there if you’re so miserable.

We remodeled two bathroom recently. Russo plumbing did a superior job. Showed up when scheduled. Knew exactly what needed to be done. And made sure we were satisfied before they left. Very polite and professional

Russo Plumbing to the rescue again!!! I've had two emergency plumbing issues with my older home in the past few years, and Russo Plumbing bailed me out both times. Help arrived quickly, the plumbers explained the problems fixed them quickly, and left the area cleaner than when they arrived.

I called to have some minor repairs done and they came within the week. Then the following week, I had a pipe leaking water into a bedroom. They sent someone within two hours, fixed the problem and were overall fabulous.

I called Russo plumbing because my hot water heater was leaking steamy water all over the basement. The heater was still covered under warranty but I was told they couldn't get anyone out there for several days. They told me to try Craig's List and subsequently hung up on me. Terrible, terrible, customer service!

I have used Russo 3 times in the 2 years I've had this house. Once was to fix the problems that another plumber made worse. More recently, they replaced our boiler in less than a week (just before Thanksgiving) when the Oil company (that we have a service contract with) said it would take 6 weeks. They were also Thousands of dollars below what the oil company quoted! These guys rock!

Called in and receptionist was very rude and asked “do I need anything” slammed the phone in my face. Yikes !

Prompt service but very $$$
