Excellent service, Tony is great. He is patient, informative and does the job well and quickly. He did a sewage inspection and talked me though everything. He was over prepared, and I got everything I needed quickly from him and Amela. Kind and professional. Highly recommend, will not go elsewhere.

Was in a bit of a panic yesterday afternoon when my toilet started spewing out water in my apartment. The Gentlemen who assisted me with my toilet had to remove my toilet to snake out the sewer, He was very patient and explained my situation to me, told me some things I can do differently to prevent it again. The repair was fast which was definitely a plus for me and they did a very good job cleaning and wiping everything down after they completed the job. Highly recommend!

I would definitely recommend United for any plumbing issues. We discovered a plumbing issue where we were having flooding 11pm on a Tuesday. We were able to get a technician, Tony, to our place at 8:30am the next day. Not only did he show up quickly, he was EXTREMELY kind, thorough, and patient with walking us through everything that was wrong and the fix required. My father in law was visiting that day and he was impressed with how detailed his explanations were.
