Marc saved us hundreds of dollars when the shower knob broke.The part was no longer available from American Standard. He knew a local source that matched the style and added a small part to make it a perfect fit. He went out of his way to fix it quickly, which is important for a family member for whom the shower was adapted to accommodate his disabilities. RAPs goes the extra mile.

Mark with Raps did an exceptional job! My wall faucet handle had broken and could not be used. I had two other plumbers “fix” it only for it to break again shortly after the repair. Mark gave it some thought and actually fixed it. I have had no issues with it since! My experience with Raps is a very professional, reliable and friendly company. My family and I were in a bit of a crisis situation as we were left without heat and a half installed system from another company. All three of the guys were excellent. The first person who came and evaluated the problem, and the two guys who came and fixed the problem. Contacted RAPS Plumbing to see if they would repair / replace my Erie Curb Box which had been damaged (shaft bent). They sent out a very friendly / professional plumber (Dennis) to diagnosis and recommend needed corrective action. Parts were ordered. I was notified when the parts arrived and the work was scheduled. Excellent work! Positive attitude! Well Done Dennis! Well Done RAPS!

Fantastic service! They returned our emergency call promptly, and delivered excellent service from the emergency fix to the installation of the longer-term solution to sending the paperwork to the insurance company in order to help process our claim. We only have great things to say about how they performed.

Dan suggested I install air conditioning in my house which turned out to be a great idea. I always thought it would be too complicated since I had lived here for 40 years without it and survived. After Dan detailed the work and explained the price I decided to go for it. As promised Dan completed the work in one day. Together with a great assistant Bob, they installed the unit in a most professional way; in the end they cleaned up everything and explained the product and how to work with it. The new air conditioning is a great success and I would highly recommend Dan for any work involving plumbing, air conditioners or dehumidifiers. He and Bob were so professional from A to Z.
