Wow we were stressed about needing a bathroom faucet replaced before having company for the weekend. Called and spoke with Jerry who was thorough and friendly as we discussed the situation. Jerry and Dan showed up the next morning at the promised time, they were friendly, neat and efficient. The price was very reasonable. 5 star rating for communication, scheduling and work. We would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

I highly recommend Pat Gilbertie Plumbing. I had them come out to my house for a number of issues and I was impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. Let me first start with scheduling, I left a message with Jerry and he returned my call within minutes and he told me that he’d get me on the schedule asap and he did just that. Five Stars on Scheduling. The day of the appointment Jerry called to give me the heads up that the technician was coming. When Dan arrived on time I threw a number of issues at him, walked him thru the house, he was very receptive and explained to me in detailed what the issues where and possible solutions for each… a number of the issues were things that did not need to be addressed immediately unlike other plumbers that are too quick to jump into fixing issues that could definitely wait/or should be observed before making a decision on what to do and and sending big bills. To me Dan provided me with outstanding customer service. If you are looking for a plumber do not hesitate to call these guys… great pricing and excellence all across the board. Highly recommend them!

I am compelled to give a huge shoutout to PAT GILBERTIE PLUMBING of Wilton. I called them this morning with a plumbing leak. They arrived within 20 MINUTES, fixed the issue, made repairs to avoid it happening again and charged a very fair price to boot. This is the third time I have needed their help in the 15 years we've been in Wilton - and no matter who on their team performs the service, they are always courteous, knowledgeable, considerate, patient, thorough and fair. In a time when expertise like theirs is in highest demand, with fewer and fewer trade specialists entering the field, it is truly incredible and profoundly appreciated to know there is a firm like PGP that is still so responsive and customer service focused. Honesty, reasonable and work is done right. Have used Pat many years and has been reliable. Good example. I was working on a job and the main water line connection was leaking. I called Pat and he told me not to touch it and use a bigger plumbing company that has heavier equipment to dig if its necessary.
