My mother recently had the pleasure of working with Kyle for a plumbing issue, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his professionalism, expertise, and dedication to quality service. I recently hired a plumber to address a severe drainage issue, and I was thoroughly impressed by his professionalism and expertise. He arrived promptly, explained the process, and got to work digging up the area around the main drain to access the blockage. To my surprise, he found a bunch of tampons clogging the pipes. While a bit embarrassing, the plumber handled the situation with complete professionalism, carefully removing the blockage and taking the time to explain the issue and offer advice on proper disposal of non-flushable items. He cleaned up the area afterward and made sure the pipes were fully cleared, offering a transparent and fair price for the thorough work. His calm demeanor and attention to detail made the whole experience much less stressful, and I couldn’t be more grateful for his service

Update: we received prompt communication from Mr. Rooter who sent someone out to assess our leak and scheduled service for the following day before we went out of town. Both Zach and Kyle were punctual, friendly and made sure we were satisfied before heading out. Kyle even replaced our fill valve at no additional cost after hearing it was taking unusually long to refill. We appreciated the fast response and the care the company took to resolve our issue for us. Thanks so much to Mr. Rooter for making things right! We hired Mr. Rooter to repair a leak in our main plumbing stack in March. The supervisor was able to come out quickly and assess the repair, and we were able to get the job scheduled within a couple days. Our issue came with the quality of work once the job started. We ended up paying almost $4k for a new plumbing stack, during which the workers shattered one of our basement windows. Someone was able to come by and fix/clean that up for us to the best of their ability, but we saw very little empathy from the individuals who actually broke the window and we were cleaning glass up for weeks afterwards to make sure our toddler and dog were safe. I understand these things happen but I expected some sort of apology and was met with “we broke a window, I can cover it with cardboard and see if someone can fix it” Additionally, it has been about six months since we had this repair done and our brand new main stack is already leaking again. Overall based on the experience I wouldn’t hire again when we have thousands of dollars at stake.

We had an emergency septic situation and our normal plumber could not come out for 4 days. A fiend recommended Mr Rooter of Newark. We called 1st thing in the morning and Tim came later that day! He explained everything he was doing. Once he determined that the simple solutions were not going to work in our situation, he went the extra mile (or three!) and crawled under our house to look for the issues. He took pictures of everything and showed us what was going on. He called Zack, who was on his way home, because he needed a big machine. I was so impressed with their professionalism and dedication. I got the sense that Tim was not going to stop until this was resolved! I am beyond grateful and will definitely be calling them again. Thank you!!

Mr Darrryl Bond is very polite and took his time explaining things to me and how to try to light the water heater. I did not give it 5 stars because the receptionist who I spoke to about making the appointment was not clear on the fee. She said since it was my first time working with them that the fee would be waived but did not mention that there would still be a fee for lighting the water heater.

We had the pleasure of having Tim come out to service our toilet which was in HORRIBLE shape! He was extra friendly and polite, and explained everything so that my husband and I fully understood. He is absolutely AMAZING!
