Great experience with High Low Plumbing. We had an issue in a rental and I was lucky enough to come across these guys. Great energy and great customer service. I will have them on speed dial for the remainder of my time in Florida!

I had an issue with my water heater in the house I'm selling and received 2 quotes to replace the water heater. (Installation only) The first one $1,600, the second was $1,200 and then I find High Low Plumbing $700. I'm not the cheapest guy, but those prices are crazy. I'm also living in another state right now, which made this a harder problem to manage. Mike and the office were able to talk with me and did everything I needed plus everyone I came in contact with, were great. Thanks again guys and I hands down recommend High Low Plumbing.. 😎👍

Company lacks communication and I have an active leak been waiting now 72 hours and no communication I contacted them and all they say oh I see you request we will call u back and no one calls will definitely not ever use this company again if you need things done go somewhere else horrible company

The gentleman that came to my residence were very professional. They worked fast and were very thorough. They asked Alot of questions and kept us informed with every step they were taking. 3 other plumbing companies came with no resolution and high low came through and rectified the situation. We are so very grateful for their services. Recommend to everyone. Thank you so much.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We had a plumbing emergency over the weekend and needed an emergency plumber right away. Within 45 minutes someone did show up. I will give them that, But that is all that they did. This guy showed up and said that this can not be repaired and he will come and do it Monday. Today is Monday and the guy called this morning and said that he wouldn't be able to make it. So I said, "well then have your boss send someone else" Here's where it gets a bit squirrely. Apparently this guy doesn't work for the company that I called. So, I called the company and told the guy what was going on and he said " Let me see if I have a guy available" Then he said " The guy that came there has different prices than I do" Then he said " You may need to call a "different/ bigger company" As a consumer...all I did was call a number that was on google to just get a runaround like this. I'm out $125 bucks and no-one has come by to fix anything. Then my wife reminded me that the last time we needed a plumber we called Alvarez. I called them at 9am this morning. They had someone here by 10:30 and our issue was fixed by 1pm and the price was cheaper than what these other people quoted me and didn't show up to do. If you want a quality company that has showed up every time with decent prices DO NOT call these guys. CALL ALVAREZ!

Do yourself a favor and save time and money by not using this joke of a company. The “owner” is an absolute clown and has the professionalism of a recently released inmate. You are better off fixing your plumbing issues by hiring someone from the Home Depot parking lot!!

I have a leak underneath my concrete floor. They came out and explained that it’s going to continue to happen due the the corroded copper pipes. They suggested we repipe all the water lines through the attic so it never happens again. They gave a great price and we will be moving forward with the work next week
