Professional, Polite, and Proper Price! My parents had a house valve problem at their house - it wouldn't turn the water off to the house no matter how hard it was cranked closed. I called The Bearded Plumber first then another local (but TV advertised) service just to do my due diligence for my parents. The Bearded Plumber was able to give me an estimate on this case based on a picture I provided along with the description on the issue. The other service had to come out first but offered a free estimate. I can tell you that the difference in price between the two was vast, with the work 'needing to be done' as per the other service -much more extensive. **But it was a simple repair. Needless to say I chose the Bearded Plumber who sent Tyler and his coworker out to meet my mom and get the job done. I wasn't there in person but able to view on their house cameras. Less than 30 minutes later the job is done and with a higher quality part than the original for the same estimated price. Tyler and his partner were both very professional, efficient and polite. My mom tends to 'continue conversations' and Tyler was very understanding as my mom asked how the business got it's name. And now my mom is now going to refer her friends to The Bearded Plumber as well as making them her 'goto' in the future. I highly recommend The Bearded Plumber for your plumbing needs!

James installed a garbage disposal and a MoenFlo device. He diagnosed the number of other issues. He’s very well-versed, efficient and neat.

5 stars aren't enough! Tom & his staff are absolutely top-notch professionals. I called yesterday evening about an issue with multiple toilets, and thought it would be a day or two before they'd be able to get out. This morning at 10 o'clock, I was surprised to get a call saying they were on their way. They did their diagnostics, thought it was a larger issue, but then realized it was a simple fix and didn't feed me a line of crap to line their pockets with a larger service. I've found my plumber and will never call anyone else. Thanks Tom!

Tyler came out and arrived early and let me know he was on the way, My bathroom was not functional for a while and Tyler went ABOVE & Beyond to get it all working again, Tyler even took the time to show me things & educate me for the future, i knew immediately I was in good hands. Tyler was efficient, knowledgeable & very kind. Bearded Plumber is now my go to.

My experience with Tom the Bearded Plumber was great. I had a disposal leak and I ended up getting the wrong disposal to replace it. He had another in his truck, used that to fix mine, and traded me the one I purchased. He also was very helpful when I called him to ask about a few other issues that I was concerned about. He has been very responsive and efficient.

Tyler arrived look at my bathtub and diagnosed the situation,, he was very polite. he did a great job, the service and price was great, I would recommend Bearded Plumber to everyone. Great job!!!

Tom was a life saver. We had a washer/dryer installation issue caused by a big box store and Tom came within minutes to assist us and saved the day. Honest, helpful and understanding are the first things that come to mind.
