Great service! Chris was wonderful, taking the time to explain what he was doing. He has a personality that is what you want in someone in the service industry. I signed up for the yearly service, and Fast Florida comes back I will be in good hands! Office was easy to deal with in scheduling. I would recommend without reservation.

Great communication with these folks, anvery friendly. Our tech, Henri was very patient with us as he explained our plumbing issues and answer our questions. We had others attempt our repair previously but still had the problem. At least Henri, who arrived on time, came in with a lot of equipment, far more than the guy who arrived with only a plunger in his hand. Plumbing, like everything else, is not cheap so be prepared. But having a nice guy like Henri who was pleasant and professional made the cost feel like we made a good choice! If the problem returns I will update my review, after I see how that goes. But for now…thank you Henri, we appreciate you!
