Sunny was able to find my leak within two minutes of being at my house just by listening. I had called after receiving an extremely high water bill indicating there was something wrong. I called for an urgent appointment and said he was able to see me the next morning, which was the morning of Christmas Eve. I was so so grateful he was willing to take time away from his family to help me out and was able to find the leak under my house with ease. He was also able to patch it up and recommend somebody for a more permanent solution. If you are looking for a true professional then I highly recommend them as a service. Mr. Sonny Kennedy was very professional, knowledgeable, no time wasting, and extremely descriptive with information. He is an also very personable. Feels like one of your friends helping you out. He did great work by locating the leak and even placed a temporary patch on the pipe to last until the full repair appointment. I could not be happier with the responsiveness and results provided by Sonny and the team. They were able to fit me in the schedule on a holiday and took the time to carefully evaluate the location of my under slab leak. They were able to pin point it and expose it with fair fixed pricing allowing my plumbers to repair for much less cost than it would have been without the prep. The Find leaks team were incredibly considerate with thorough clean up and communication about what they were observing and planning on doing to find the leak during the process. I felt informed and in control of the process along the way. I am very glad my plumber recommended “I Find Leaks” they made a very stressful situation much better fairly quickly.

Sonny was great! They came out same day to find a leak and found it under a shell area on the side of our house I would’ve never noticed. Reasonably priced and very helpful. Would highly recommend going directly to them instead of paying a plumber to come out, then having to call Sonny to find the leak.

I contacted several businesses to schedule an appointment to address a leak at our workplace, and "I Find Leak" was able to come the following day. Sunny provided excellent and responsive service. Upon arrival, he discovered that another company had already completed the work without our knowledge or a prior appointment; they simply appeared after our inquiry the previous day, even though we indicated that services were not needed as we had already scheduled an appointment with "I Find Leak." Recently had a sewer backup in out Condo Community. Sonny came out, spent time with his camera and isolated the backup to within a 100 foot length of pipe. He is awesome and will be ised by this community whenever we need assistance of this type! I feel he went above and beyond just to be assistance to our community.
