He arrived exactly when he said he would, and the service he provided went above and beyond my expectations. It's no wonder they have such a great Google rating! Mike is a very professional technician who has fixed my heater water leaking from the pipe and replaced the valve on the top of heater. For taking care of my concerns, he drilled a hole and installed some pipe to let it run out of water to outside of my garage.. Anyway, I am very pleased with his service and want to take this opportunity to say thank him for his support!

We remodeled a bathroom and Bairam was especially great to work with - hard working, helpful and friendly! I also appreciated that the company sent clear estimates and invoices via email. Without any signs that there was an issue with the water heater, I received a knock on the door late in the day, where a young man, Aydin, told me the downstairs condo's ceiling was wet. After the shock, I let him in and together we discovered a flooded closet. Then, the hall floorboards leaked water. Help! The very next morning, Aydin installed a new system. He and two other helpers where kind, good humored, and sympatric. I highly recommend this company who hires knowledgeable men who respond quickly to emergency situations. BC

It’s happened to me again on the Sunday! I woke up late and went to the bathroom notice my shower ceiling was leaking water from above( I live in condo 1st floor, had 2nd floor above me), I called the neighbor above me right away and asked her to check her place then I called the plumber I had last time was very good but they couldn’t find anyone can come because they’re not 24/7 service, but she did recommend Tampa Bay plumbing to me and gave me the number. So I called someone answered the call right away and call back said it’ll be about 1pm since he’s on the other job now. The young man name Troy shows up and was so polite and knowledgeable, he was prepared with everything he needs, after cut a hole on the ceiling, he went up to my neighbor upstairs and communicated with her, had her flash the toilet and run the sewer all that, he was working non stop didn’t take my water offer or anything, he showed me the pics and video of the pipe upstairs all that, it was too much details to explain everything, but I must said this is a good plumbing company, had good ethic and hard work besides being experience. I like to thank the young man Troy and all his efforts, and so glad the other company referred the Tampa Bay plumbing LLC. Please give him a compliment or raise.

I never had an estimate. I had a sink back up which backed up into my laundry room. This has had to be snake several times in the past. When I got the bill I about fell over. I was never told that using the camera was going to charge me $400. I was never told the price of snaking before. I would not have used this company. I would’ve gone back to my other company that charged 1/3 of this price. Shame on me. But I’ve always paid 1/3 of what they charged me today. And I have done this recently. I feel very violated. The technician was very polite and sweet. But I honestly thought he was joking when he told me $820. Nothing was fixed, except a clog was snaked. No pipes no welding no replacing anything. $820. Beware.

2nd time working with them. Quick, competent, reasonable price, and kind! Had a kitchen sink clog - was able to get an appointment a few days from calling. Got to us early, called before to let us know when they were coming. Took the time to listen to the problem and let us know what they would be doing and the price before continuing. Answered all our questions and gave good suggestions for if our issue continued.
