I called Ark Plumbing Service early in the evening about a clogged toilet that needed to be fixed ASAP. I have a handicapped husband, and that weekend, I had my two little grandchildren staying with me. They were fabulous! They acted quickly and sent out a wonderful technician, Brian. Before he arrived, they sent a photo of him, which I appreciated so much. He was very courteous and explained everything about what needed to be repaired, along with the cost, before beginning work. He was professional and efficient. I truly appreciated his professionalism and courtesy, and I will always use Ark Plumbing in the future.

Ark Plumbing continues to provide quality and prompt service. Brian kept me well informed of scope of work and cost of job and I appreciate this company’s thoroughness. They never try to pressure sale me anything from the many times I have used them. Bottom line, they provide great service and their cost is reasonable.

The technician was on time and took the time to explain everything to me so that I could understand it. He showed me the work when he was finished and explained all that he had done. The prices seemed reasonable to me compared to some other companies. The office was also very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Ark Plumbing.

The entire team at ARK plumbing was perfect at servicing my hot water tank. We had a small fire and soot got everywhere.
