I had a new toilet installed and a shower pan that needed to be replaced before a shower demo/renovation for my bathroom could begin. Unfortunately, the workmanship for the shower pan was poor according to two professionals that quoted me afterwards for the renovation. There were holes and screws in my shower pan as you can see in the pics below… plus the weep holes that allow water to drain properly were clogged as well. So unfortunately, I’m out of $1200 and will have to get this redone before my renovation can begin. The toilet seems to be fine so far but I wouldn’t recommend them for the shower pan work. Roger was cool - but as you can see from their response below... customer service is top notch.
