They arrived earlier than expected. Did a meticulous job on two bathrooms. Made sure the area was clean when complete and multiple tests to make sure the work they did was completed. Very happy with the service. Price reasonable. Will definitely use them again although I hope I never need to.

They arrived on time which was great. Our plumber accidentally cut an adjacent pipe and then charged us extra for the material to repair an error that he did. I don't think he should charge for his mistakes. We also had to give him advice on fixing issues that were next to the major issue by asking him to replace a larger section of the pipe. I feel like a good plumber would have offered that to begin with to prevent us having future leaks. You should waive the show up fee ($59) if someone decides to contract you, especially if they live nearby. Also, they charged $10 for a coupling that costs $0.83 at Home Depot. Something to consider.

As a small business owner myself, I understand that importance of google reviews to remain relevant. And that is why I am please to say that these guys know what they are doing. Alex was hands down a great help to a little issue I had with my plumbing. Very knowledgeable, very kind and courteous and gave nothing but respect and excellent service. They came in a hurry and left my toilet like brand new. Thank you again, I highly recommend this to anyone who is having any plumbing issues.

I think Mateu and his co worker were great. they appear to have done very good work, however the current project is still on going, so time will tell. The overall price of the repair seems enormous, but that is the problem with most of our present economy. Again, I could give a better overall report when the project is fully completed. From the physical technical aspect you guys are wonderful.

I contacted Joe Hillman Plumbing due to leakage from our water heater. From the first phone call to the completion of installing the new water heater, everyone was very professional and courteous! Robert the installer arrived shortly after my call, explained all details and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend this company!

Had a leak in kitchen faucet which flooded floor. Alex C came next day and found problem, fixed it and gave me information needed to order faucet head. Great work by Alex for all the extra help he gave me to make sure this doesn’t occur again! They are now my go-to plumber and they are excellent! A review once again of joe hillman, plumbers As a follow up to an emergency service, the staff at Joe Hillman plumbers, specifically Joe Berrios and Tony Alfatano. Arrived on time completed the job. Thank you to Danny the supervisor. I cannot recommend this company more as a former property manager and a condominium association president.

Had never used this company for plumbing needs and was very pleased with everything, from the initial visit to scope the work, stop the leak and do the repair work needed. Mike and Mateo were great at communicating the progress and what was being done, as well as the options I had. Finally found a plumbing service company I feel comfortable with.
