Jorge was extremely professional and did a wonderful job! Hernandez plumbing has gotten me out of some tough situations in my older Miami home. Great water heater install to update my 20+ yr old unit.

Yovani is absolutely incredible! We had a complex plumbing issue with our main valve that several companies refused to take on. Yovani not only stepped up to the challenge but also dedicated an entire day, from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, to ensure the job was done perfectly. On top of that, he helped us replace the shower pipes in my son's bathroom. His work exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't be happier! We highly recommend Yovani and the team at Hernandez Plumbing. They're true professionals!

Had an emergency issue with our kitchen sink overflowing and causing our laundry area sink to do the same, that is close by. Called Hernandez Plumbing and was scheduled for an appointment with a few hours. Had the pleasure of having Yovani (Cruz, maybe?) come out. He called prior to showing up and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Explained everything and did an amazing job. He recorded a video of what was causing the flooding issue and explained it/shared it with me. He even explained why my hot water (in the kitchen sink) didn’t have much pressure and wasn’t flowing properly and offered to help with that too. Great experience, overall. Highly recommended and will be using their services again!

We had a pleasant experience from start to finish with the individual that took my call, the call back to confirm and Jovanni (Plumber). They dispatched to our home very quick. He took the time to explain each step and politely and professionally answered all of my questions and concerns. I'm now waiting on a quote for a repair of my main drain outside of my house. After having an awful experience with a different plumbing company we called Hernandez after hearing great things. Yovanni came out last week within one hour of us calling the company. Within ten minutes he had a quote and within an hour he resolved the issue. An issue the other company couldn’t resolve. He was respectful, efficient, and left the work area cleaner than when he started. Today we had him back for a different issue and once again he was respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. We highly recommend Yovanni and Hernandez plumbing.

Would give them 10 stars if I could! Our home’s plumbing had been giving us quite a few headaches in the past year or so, and we decided that it was time to have it inspected. A neighbor recommended Hernandez Plumbing, and we gave them a call after reading all the positive reviews online. They quickly sent someone to run a camera through the sewer lines, and as we suspected, our cast iron pipes were crumbling and beyond repair. Ralph and Marlon came out to our home and outlined the scope of the large project, which included acquiring all necessary permits, cutting up the cement foundation, digging trenches to remove the old decaying pipes, and replacing them with new PVC ones. Ralph became my main contact on the project, and he kept me informed every step of the way, even sending pictures if I was unable to pass by on a particular day. From the time the city issued the permits until completion, the project only took two weeks, which considering the amount of work that had to be done, was incredible. I can honestly say that from beginning to end, Ralph and the entire team at Hernandez Plumbing worked diligently and efficiently to complete the job and went above and beyond to make sure that the project came out perfectly. We were very pleased with the excellent work they did and will be using them for all of our future plumbing needs. I also highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a truly trustworthy, knowledgeable plumber.

My Plumbing was backed up with drain water coming out of my toilet, and tub in one bathroom and shower drain in the other. I called another recommended plumbing company and left a message, I called them again next morning and still haven't gotten a call back. I did my research and landed on Hernandez Plumbing. They responded and were able to send it Octavio and Roly. They moved my toilet and snake the lines but the issue remained. They correctly diagnosed it as my original Plumbing from 1964 as needing to be replaced. Ralph and his son Marlyn came over, instantly knew the layout of my house and the way the Plumbing was done since they had worked on other homes in the neighborhood in the past. They found the buried cleanout anddig out a little trench so my family and I could flush into my lawn for the night since I agreed to have them come over the next day to start removing the exterior buried lines. George Perez and Roly were able to remove the old and replace it with the new pvc all the way to the street in the first day. We were back in business, we were able to use our dragons without issue anymore. They finished the following day and even left it with a little concrete pad for the city cleanout near the sidewalk since we park our car near it. The entire team was very respectful and was very happy with their work. I'll definitely by recommeding them to others.
