He kept in touch with me throughout the process, handled a little confusion I had about the size of the new water heater without any issues, and worked into the evening to ensure everything was functioning perfectly—all while maintaining a friendly attitude. However, when Eric and Philip arrived at the scheduled time, they truly lived up to the great reviews I had read. Eric was clear about the process and provided a detailed estimate of the costs and time required to fix the leaks. Both of them were very professional and reassured me throughout the process. The charges were fair, and they even left the area spotless when they were done, making it seem like they were never there. I will certainly reach out to them again if the need arises (but hopefully it won’t be necessary). I appreciate their professionalism.
