I had a great experience with this technician. He was very courteous and of course knows his trade as being a plumber. He discovered something that I did not expect such as my water heater that I brought in 2021 needs to be replaced because of water Leaking in the wrong part of the water heater. He also unclogged a sink that has bothered me for years. We need people that put their compassion and skills and work into a company. Best HOME SERVICES has redeemed themselves with me and I will continue to use them.

They fixed our pipes. However, they broke our dry wall throughout our home and refused to fix it without an additional $$$$ for dry wall repair. The only reason we agreed to use their services was because we were told everything would be included. 1 star because they are have fraudulent sales pitches and poor communication and customer service when you’re trying to get your home repaired. Take your money elsewhere, to someone who will actually complete the job. The other reviews about them punching holes in the house is ACCURATE. They don’t care.

Guilliano was very thorough and caring in his work. He clearly cares about his work, because the install was very well done, clean looking, patched everything up. Very professional. He went above to help explain everything he was doing and the different parts of the install. Would highly recommend him to do any sort of electrical work.

Jon was able to arrive earlier than originally scheduled, which worked out well. He installed a smart thermostat for an existing air handler. He was quick, neat and very pleasant to work with. My husband and I were very pleased.
