We've had trouble with our fireplace since it was installed in 2018 (new house build). Turns out it had not been properly setup to use propane and was set up for natural gas. Later In 2018, we had it checked and the propane conversion changes were made (we thought). However, apparently there was one key correction that was an oversight--the burner assembly had not been corrected. The burner air shutter was fully closed when it should be removed entirely for propane. Therefore, for many repairs before, the fireplace kept overheating and melting control, wires, and transformer plug components, requiring a complete replacement part by part of the fireplace. Marco, a new employee to Cape Coral Plumbing came out and had it diagnosed and corrected within a short time. He previously worked for a propane company and he knows his stuff. He adjusted the flame to burn the most efficient and it's working properly for the first time since original installation. THANK YOU MARCO! What a little gold mine my wife and I found in Cape Coral Plumbing. Have used them several years for basic plumbing issues. My wife found out they also did kitchen and bath remodeling so we set an appointment with Tony. Wow, Tony brings 30 plus years of experience along with the multiple options in all the fixtures. Tony advised us on how to spend our limited budget and get the most out of it. The final piece that closed the deal for me, was that they do their own Install. I love that, cuts out the middle man and I know the installation will be done properly. Tony, thanks for helping us through our remodeling and keeping my wife on budget. Having a party next week and can't wait to show off our kitchen and bathrooms...
